West Bend Community Memorial Library

Librarians are ways so helpful and the amount of resources is so much better than when I was a kid. Not to mention that they are always listening to suggestions and improving where they can.

Reasons to love this library: Activities for kids, and adults each month! You can check out puzzles Coffee and tea available upstairs (for a $1 ) My boyfriend needed wifi to download a game, and we're in the process of moving out so no wifi at home for now, and he was able to bring his PS5 and a small TV to use in a small study room to finish downloading the game while I looked at books Open till 9 PM Monday-Thursday!

It's a good place for the most part I do however think that having time limit on computer use is pretty stupid. I would understand having to get off if someone else needed, but limiting us to 2 15-minute sessions is kinda outrageous.

What a wonderful public library!! Plenty of work spaces, private rooms, a Keurig machine, copy machines, and helpful staff. I drive 20 miles to get here because I love this library so much.

The librarian who "helped" me left a LOT to be desired. The library on a whole seemed very nice. But the lack of customer service skills (or use of skills) was awful. It may be helpful to have the library staff read books on customer service or take a class. And who knows maybe the women who was "helping" dose know how to behave properly and was simply having a bad day and choosing to take it out on me but bad day or not I believe higher standards would be beneficial for the community.

This library is such a great asset to our community. There are so many events for kids of all ages! Hannah is the best!!!! She is so sweet and never hesitates to show us exactly where any particular book may be! She is so welcoming and informative.

My kids and I love this library! Very friendly and helpful staff (we especially love Miss Terika!), wonderful programs for children, just an all-around great place. We've visited many other libraries, but I can easily say this one is the best!
