West Bend Nails

Amy was great! She was very warm and friendly. She took her time in prepping and and was meticulous in shaping my nails. She also listened to my requests for a certain length of my nails as I type for work and cannot have them too long. She did a beautiful job and this set is the best I've ever gotten! Wonderful quiet atmosphere as well and the ladies at the front desk were very sweet and kind. Had a lovely experience and will be back in the future. :)

Madison is the best. I love getting my nails done by her. She is sweet and always picks awesome colors for me. I am so happy I found West Bend Nails. Go and get spoiled.

Madison always does a fantastic job! She's so nice and very talented and always gives me exactly what I ask for. I get a French dip and it turns out perfect! The salon is so nice aesthetically and very relaxing.

I asked for Lavender color dip had a picture of the color from their studio. Madison put a pretty lavender on asked if I liked it I said yes, then started using some device it looked like a magnet I said what's that, she said cat eyes?? What's cat eyes, she ignored and acted like she did not understand what I was saying. She kept layering and layering colors on top of this and it began turning into a really horrible grey. I was charged $75 when dip says $55. I went outside to see if the color would be prettier in the sunlight, I don't like to be a person to complain, but it kept getting worse and worse, beside she kept acting like she didn't understand what I was telling her. I got home where my family said my nails looked horrible, I asked if I could come back to have it removed, after a lot of yelling from them they said yes. Well Madison met me at the door and began yelling at the top of her lungs in plain English and this time when I spoke she clearly understood, she began taking the polish off but literally cut me in 3 different places until I said forget it I'll go somewhere else to have it removed tomorrow, on my way out Amy said u owe $20 to have it removed. What it is clearly still on my nails and I'm bleeding in 3 different spots. Over 10 coworkers were standing there not one pulled her aside or tried to stop her from yelling at me or offer to take it off instead of her. At this point I literally was frightened to be in there alone. Stay far away from this place, for one they tried to scam me 2 they are right not the customer who showed a clear picture of what I wanted but walked away with a horrible silver/grey/soot green. If I can post a pic of what I wanted and what I got I will. It was a complete waste of almost 4hrs on my only day off of work and still don't have nails. This place is horrible, oh I was told the manager was there and heard her yelling at me. Please stay far away. You will get ripped off and scammed and if you are not happy with your service don't tell them cause they will begin to yell at the top of their lungs in clear English that they didn't seem to understand when you voice your opinion on a color or ask what they are doing or using on your nails they don't seem to understand you at this point it's when u ask to have it removed they speak and understand it just fine when they are yelling at you and making you bleed. STAY FAR AWAY. Color 274 is what I showed her, this is what I got???

Truly an amazing experience. I'm not one that likes her feet touched but I literally almost fell asleep during the pedicure. Not sure what it was called but the one with the hot stones . Jasmine did an amazing job on both nails and pedicure. Will definitely be going back .

Love it here! Spa like and great results every time. Amy is my favorite but everyone does wonderful here.

I booked an appointment here for a gel manicure and I got there and sat down, he started to prepare my nails for acrylics (this is after me and the people I went with told them many time i was not doing acrylics) I told him that I was only doing gel and not acrylics. That is when he told me that he didn't do just a gel manicure. So not only did I get conned out of my manicure I also got nine cuts on five of my fingers. Then when we went back for my pedicure he was purposefully tickling the bottom of my feet ( I am a fourteen year old, so I am not a young child) so this made me feel very uncomfortable. When all was said and done I ended up paying almost $100 more than I came expecting to. I will not be going back. There are pictures attached below of three of the five finger that got cut and bled during my appointment.

I highly recommend West Bend Nails. I recently moved to Jackson, WI from Harrisburg, PA. I have been getting my nails consistently done 1-2x/mo for the past 12 years and am a little particular when it comes to how they are done. This was my first experience getting my nails done in WI and I researched multiple nail salons thoroughly. I love that West Bend Nails has an online platform to book appointments and even more so that each technician has their own booking link. The salon is located in a Plaza and was easy to locate. I was greeted warmly and checked in immediately. They have a vast collection of colors to choose from that are neatly displayed in their waiting area so if you are indecisive like me, you may want to arrive a little early to browse. My nail technician, Madison, was very professional, personable and hospitable. Throughout my services she checked in to make sure I was happy with each element and offered me a beverage several times. The pedicure room is tranquil and heightened the entire experience. I opted for the Chasing Paradise pedicure with gel polish & french tips (the parrafin wax treatment was worth the upgraded service!). After that hour of bliss, she took me out to the main salon (also, a stunning space) where she did my manicure (acrylics with a gel polish and chrome finish). There was not a single thing I asked her to change during either service. I initially gave her my preferences and Madison delivered on every one of them. She was so gentle, took her time and every step was executed perfectly. It was apparent to me that she takes pride in her work and cares about the outcome and your satisfaction as the customer. She made this a truly wonderful experience. While I knew the prices going into my appointment, I will say that it was around 40% more than what I am used to spending for the same services, but again, I did my research and their prices are on par with other salons in the area. It's worth mentioning as someone new might want to check out pricing prior to booking and avoid any "sticker shock" at checkout. All-in-all, I highly recommend West Bend nails and Madison and will absolutely be returning when I'm due for my next visit.
