My furnace went out early on a cold Saturday, January morning. I called right at 8:00 and Lance said he'd be out in a while. He quickly pinpointed the problem and had my furnace back up and running. He was very professional and helpful.

Kathleen needs to work on her customer service skills, threatening me over the phone is very unprofessional. And I'm confused as to why I'm being charged extra because they had to come out to my house 3 times because they ordered the wrong part, not my fault they lack the knowledge to fix an central air unit. I was told that I was put on the back burner because one of their works was out of the office. I've been trying to get my central air fixed since April. Never gave a time and date as to when they would come look, they said, and I quote, "we will swing by." That's very unprofessional and wastes everyone's time. My AC is still throwing codes. The manager won't call back. i was recommended to use this company NEVER AGAIN. billed me $200 to come out and tell me they can't fix it another $200 because they ordered the wrong part. It's ridiculous that my AC still throws codes. Another $200 when they split the wires and rewired something, then cut off my drainage tube that goes to it telling me its not important. I feel as though since I am a female that they took advantage of me, and I don't appreciate it. And to Kathleen threatening me over the phone to pay my bill or she will send to collections is VERY unprofessional considering my AC is still not in working order, Yall didn't provide the service i paid for. I hope Kathleen has the day she deserves.

We were very happy that the service man could get to our house quickly; however, when he fixed the clog he let it spray on the ceiling and the shower when he knew it would do that. It would have been easy to put something over the spray so it would be more contained. Also, he walked thru the house in his shoes, tracking mud and snow thoughout the house. I've never seen a repairman in Gillette do that!

Our improperly installed non freeze water connector failed in the middle of the night while we had houseguests.. Within an hour of calling Powder River the next day Kyle showed up with Justin and rigged a temporary line above grade and set up a repair date. That day came and they did a super job digging the 100 ft or so trench and properly and professionally installing the new connector. It's now one less thing to worry about and we have better water pressure to boot! Great company.

I am beyond thrilled by the service I received! It took one phone call to Cathleen to get the ball rolling. She understood my dilemma and empathized with my wife's POV. Thank you Cathleen. Next (within the hour) I got a call from Cameron and Kylan eager to help me out. They were even flexible enough to give me 10 minutes to pick up my kid. It was way too expensive for what I needed and then to find out they charge from the shop to my house and back to their shop! Was not happy!!!
