Visionary Broadband

I have the high speed fiber that is fairly new to Gillette, we love it so far. When I had it installed it took a little longer than expected, our installer waited while I went and picked my kids up from school to make sure he did the best job he could. In 6 months we have yet to notice any slow down even during high use time like after school and on weekends. The price is less expensive than other internet providers in Gillette.

Visionary Internet has been great in my rural location. The company provides excellent service, Internet speed, and support. Both over the phone tech support and in person repair. Thanks to some rabbits who chewed through the cable. I'd highly recommend them!

Excellent service and reliable Internet, I wouldn't use any other company, no issues no roaming, prices that can't be beat unless you want crappy service and then you will be paying more, get Visionary broadband and you won't be disappointed!!!!

Fiber optic cable internet in the rural communities - who'd have thunk it? Certainly not the big internet providers - they don't want to waste their money on us! But, Visionary Broadband did spend their money to provide us with such wonderful service! And, it costs $10 less than when they had me on cell tower internet. Plus, their customer service is local - western United States folks, not someone far away with an accent I can't understand.

The visionary experience from the start has been excellent. I saw that fiber was going to be available soon in my neighborhood so called to ask about getting high speed internet. The person on the phone was very courteous a knowledgeable about the service and when fiber would be available. I signed up and it got better from there. A few weeks later I saw the fiber being installed in the street and a week or so after that Visionary called and asked when I wanted them to bring it to my house. I met them on the chosen date and the installation was quickly accomplished. The crew doing the installation were very quick, professional and did a great job. I now have 2gig service for less than what I was paying before for slower service. Great Job Visionary!!!

My experience with visionary was awesome the tech kept me informed while they installed the internet. They asked my opinion of location of equipment. They went through the same hole as an old cable was through. And the signal is so much better then who I was with before!!!

I've had multiple issues with outages. They've said they would call to explain why. I have yet to hear a reason. I've had several outages in the past few weeks with no clue as to why. Absolutely unacceptable if I could give no stars I would

The folks at Visionary in Gillette went above and beyond to save the day! I had issues with internet and Erin, Nate, Dillan, and Johney worked miracles so that I could have internet to complete payroll. Thank y'all so very much!!!
