Service was great for about a month, then the speed fell back over 300 MBpS. I assume it was the router. I called in to tech support waited of 10 minutes no biggy, but just to be told I was just submitting a ticket for someone to call me back!? I believe that not the best approach to handling this especially forcing your customers to call in for an approval on their own router. Lots of room to improve here. Other then that service is good. I believe if your paying for a gb up/down you should get at very least withing 100 MBpS of that or over. Not 300 or more less. With all possible connections. And I know it's not on my end since no device or number of devices has changed since install. I was very happy with the 1.2 GB per sec down and up I had for the first month of install. I can only assume it is the provided router or an infrastructure deficiency or change to be the cause. Also if you call in to tech support for such a minor issue you should be helped then after the hold, not to be called back later.

They will shut off your internet without a warning about a shutoff immanent and then give you less than a week usually 3 days or less (depending what day it is) to come up with the entire amount of your bill due. All while threatening to close out your account, come pickup the equipment, and then force you to pay the entire total due to restore your service. They are scum they don't care if your struggling, barely making money, waiting for unemployment, or anything/reason... this will not work with you, they WILL cut your internet off with no warning, and they will give zero F. What can you expect from the same SCUM that runs the power company? Their Unlimited package provides a unlimited data usage and 1.0 Gb/s up/down speeds fiber optic connection which is nice speed but for $80.00 a month, it could be cheaper though at around $50.00 like their plan with a data limit and speed limit capped at charter like speeds. It doesn't make sense why anyone would pay for a data limit while using fiber optic in the first place they simply are using it to keep prices jacked up and make it difficult for us poor people who barely can afford food to pay for internet. They are trying to screw people with the pricing and options to choose, like usual they and everyone else running a business is trying to screw the average American living paycheck to paycheck while that couple people at the top of every business lives easy and laughs at us struggling clowns being held down and mugged at every corner and paycheck by the cheapaz, thief, trash government.

Fantastic company with Fantastic people these hard working men and women know their stuff and are super friendly. I'm so happy with the service I received and customer service as well. 5 star A+ company.
