We enjoyed our Joyride tour of campus. Chris was an excellent guide! He was friendly and accommodating, and we had a great time.

Very unprofessional owner and awful organizational communication. Had a campus tour set up for day before Georgia game (Fri) and due to hurricane changing our flights, i reached out to Cindy the GM 2 days before (Wed) to ask to reschedule our tour for Sun at 11. I first tried calling their office several times and zero answer. She got back with me on Thurs via email stating it wouldnt be a problem and that Meredith would text me that day to setup pickup place. No text or call came. Weekend came and went and on Sunday at 11:10 i get a call from Meredith asking if we were still doing tour. I said well noone texted me to coordinate anything and its past our tour time so we made other arrangements. She put Bryan the owner on the phone who was a total jerk and said well we are here and were at 11. I said where is here? Noone reached out to coordinate pick up place so i had no idea where to be! And their website clearly states they will pick you up and your preferred location given its in their operating area. I said at this point just refund me my money. He said we dont do refunds within 24hrs. I explained to him the situation and that Cindy set this all up and he said he would talk to her on Monday and have her call me then he hung upon me. I even forwarded our emails to him showing that Meredith was supposed to text me. Proving this mistake was theirs and not mine. Of course he never responded. And i emailed Cindy as well and here it is Tues and absolute crickets. DO NOT do business with this company. If you do, be prepared to say goodbye to your money if any scheduling changes need to be made. And expect awful communication during the process. If they make any mistakes on their end where you want a refund, they will just steal your money. Sad thing is they get away it alot I'm guessing as they prey on Parents and familes of UA students visiting and offering what people think will be a cool service when in fact its highway robbery. Do your own campus tour and if you need a ride use Uber. Way better than this money grabbing scam.

Dishonest and unprofessional company. I was lied to and misled about our reservation. I was told On the phone that 3 golf carts would be delivered on September 21st 2024 for a $460 up charge to which I agreed. I hosted a very large nonprofit event raising money for children. We are a small program and did not have the manpower to transport the carts ourselves. I booked online after verbally being told the conditions of the reservation. I paid over $700 for 3 carts for 3 hours and was charged in full instantly. The woman who talked with me on the phone said she would work out the transportation to northport fees with the owner. I called the day prior to the event to confirm and was told that joyride had no way to transport the gold carts. They asked to borrow my trailer to transport the carts- to which i agreed because it was less than 24 hours until my event and I needed the help. I mentioned that my husband could possibly make one trip but would not be able to transport all of them as he was scheduled to help me with the event. The next day my husband brought the trailer to them to borrow and was told that they would not help him take any of the carts. It took him several hours to do this work on the day of our event. This caused us a lot of stress as I needed his help with other things and we are a poor nonprofit with very little man power. The golf cart service did fulfill the job from 6:30- 9:00 pm. At the close of the evening, they informed us that we would be charged $250 an hour until we returned the golf carts. I was never told any of this and would have never booked this reservation had I known we would have to bring the carts to the event and home the night of an evening event. This company lies to you. What Good is a golf cart rental service for an event if they don't transport. Be careful what you are verbally told. I was definitely misled and lied to. It ruined alot people's evenings as we were all upset and tired. We had to figure out how to get the carts back late at night without any prior notice. The young people who work here are not trained in company polices and should not be taking reservations if they cannot fulfill verbal agreements. I would not recommend and will never use them again under any circumstances. For $250 and hour, we will rent a nice air conditioned Limo van for our shuttle service next year.

We enjoyed the golf carts. We had plenty of room. We were there to spread some ashes on the campus grounds and our driver accommodated everything we asked. She took us to all the sites and waited for us. Highly recommend.

Was fun and informative. Definitely recommended for first time visitors or anyone with walking difficulties

It is a little pricey but Meghan did an AMAZING job! She let us stop to take pictures and had fun facts about a lot of places we passed. Love that she took us through the campus and downtown

We had a great time touring the UA campus with Joyride! Our tour guide, Mason, was great! He gave us information about the campus, and stopped to allow us to get pictures! He answered questions and made sure to point out all the best spots around. It was the best was way to see the campus and downtown area especially during a heat wave!!

We enjoyed the tour so much! Our driver wasn't even told we were coming, even though we had a reservation, but she was still super nice, and the tour was great! Our driver stopped everywhere we asked, let us get out and take pictures, answered all our questions, and was conversational and friendly. Would highly recommend this service to anybody who needs a ride around campus.
