Ace Tekk Wireless Internet

I was with AceTekk for well over a decade with mostly satisfactory connectivity. Provided you don't need any actual support, don't have any questions beyond the most simple, and never ever expect your hardware (antenna) to be serviced or upgraded - they're a good provider. If you're even remotely needy of those thing mentioned, choose another provider. And when my relationship with them ended, they did NOT come to retrieve the very old antenna - they just ripped my post out and threw it on the ground.

Go to Spitspots, att, gci, anyone else. Acettek has lots of outages, days, sometimes for a week, his fix is unplug modem. Very slow. . 025 mbps. Most of the days, when it works. No refunds. Won't answer phone, hides, the only reliable thing about Acetekk is their billing. Also he has a 30 day clause in the contract. Good riddance.

I would highly recommend not bothering with Acetekk. Aside from the continuous issues with the internet, the owner (and only tech support person) was rude, abrasive and patronizing. Last summer we went months without internet while he insisted it was working fine, only to eventually change his story to "some equipment went bad" and he had to order replacement equipment which caused a longer delay in the resolution. That resolved the issue for a couple months before problems started up again. Dean (the owner) insisted that it was a problem with every single device we owned (two samsung phones, two macbooks, a blu-ray player, a ps4, a wii, etc). Finally we decided it was not worth the effort and had our service disconnected. It is unfortunate that I have to admit that this local business is not worth supporting.

The internet itself was spotty at times and slow. However most of the time it worked. I upgraded to the highest speed I could and it was still very slow. Additionally they do not keep good accounting records, will "loose" records and claim you never paid them.

I keep upping the service to higher speed internet with no new results. Very poor service. Intermittent at best and no one to respond when there are problems.
