Update: 10-14-23. Company dropped rural customers. If not out of business, they are working hard to go out of business. Do not recommend! One of the few places that supply internet to remote locations. I've used many others but this one is the fastest, most reliable, and cost efficient that I have found. I even gave away my $3000 satellite system from a different company, I like them so much!

At a time when we need internet for going to school due to the virus, they wouldn't come out to fix the modem that is outside the house. We've been out for over 2 weeks. They don't even need to come into contact with us to do the repair. We can even bring them the modem and huck it from 6 feet away to be safe. But they won't call back and they won't fix it for weeks. Other companies are going above and beyond...but not this one.

Had the service from 2010, ran great up until the last year, no one seemed concerned or willing to check the equipment or do a new survey of my area. Won't ever recommend them for anything again except a waste of money.

Just trying my first contact to hire their services it took me 20 minutes to someone speak with but they told me they don't provide what I need just other department and this department never answered me, I was on hold for 30 more minutes just hearing I am the first on the queue but never was attended If it is hard to get tan good first impression imagine if I have problem in the future and need to call for fi I will search another better option

Live less than five mins from the college and less than 15 mins from their offices and they said they can't provide service to my location? Lame .
