Be wary of this company coming into your easement. They will rip your flower beds to dirt and leave your driveway with fat mud holes and dips in it.... Then tell you "looks fine to us"

Called customer service to ask about the survey crew marking yards for some MTA project in my neighborhood and after a long hold to get to a call center employee, she said there was no one I could speak with and hung up on me. Completely unprofessional behavior tolerated amongst their staff. Any other utility doing projects in people's yards knows to have call staff ready to answer questions. This is supposed to be a communications company, what a failure to operate with basic modern practices. Would not trust for any services.

Wait until you leave the country and that's when they'll send you the past-due email. After they managed to lose everyones information, by changing their own system, without telling you or anyone else until after the fact via a threatening message from their billing and collections department. Want to have fun dealing with that too? Then congratulations! Your long search has ended! If they gave better service for a better price I could deal with this, but for what you pay?Their DSL just isn't worth this headache.

Terrible service. My fiance works for Napa and was supposed to get a discount that brought our bill to $5. Two associates had in their notes to call him and let him know that the discount was never applied. Both of those associates neglected to call him despite writing "notes" about it. We find out after our service is cut. Why? Negligence from this provider. Then they tell us that since we didn't know about it that we wouldn't have to pay, but make small payments to keep the service running. They call him 40 minutes after that voice mail during work hours to say "oops, you have to pay your full bill even though we neglected to put this in our records" I'm WILLING to go to legal battle for this wrongdoing. 300+ that we are being billed for this providers mistake? Watch your backs with mta, they will try to take hundreds from you just for fun.

This new billing system and all of the headaches to get it set up is completely ridiculous... they send emails that you can't get into without logging in and you can't set up the login except by having the information in the emails... This is the stupidest most ridiculous way to pretend to do business I have ever seen... Left with having to wait on hold and then have to wait until I am in front of my phone to set up the account... This is the worst system I have ever seen and the customer service is worse than the worst I have ever seen... Pay a lot of money for mediocre internet and and terrible service. The dmv has better service than MTA. And that's saying something.

Poor customer service. They never reply to emails or through their contact form. You need to use the hotline and stay on hold. The home internet is super slow and too expensive for what it is. We have bought a package that is advertised to be sufficient for streaming, however, it is not and the buffering sucks. If on internet calls I have to turn off the wifi sometimes and have better quality through cellular data. Unfortunately, there is no other provider available where we live. Looking into buying a mobile hotspot now - it's lower cost and probably faster internet. Not happy at all with MTA.

It's a huge chore trying to pay my bill. If I call I'm on hold forever or can't get through at all. If I come in person I have to wait until they are done helping people on the phone. It seems only two people are handling tech support and billing. I feel sorry for them. Pack a diaper because no restrooms for customers and you will be there awhile
