While I feel Airebeam might lack a little in package options, it is a very reliable company that is very easy to deal with and best of all LOCAL. I may have an outage once every 8-10 months, and it's always quickly addressed. Whenever I have to call about an issue, whether it be technical or billing, I'm always talking to someone local from my own community and not some Indian in a call center on the other side of the planet that I can't understand. They're very forgiving and understanding if you can't make your bill by your due date and will work with you while keeping you connected. Tammy and Union are always a joy to talk to, though everyone at airebeam that I've ever interacted with, from support to onsite technicians, are all very personable and friendly.
Every step of the way in signing up for AireBeam was effortless. What I really appreciated was the technicians were always early for the appointments and got their work done on a timely and efficient basis. All staff we worked with were knowledgeable, polite and informative. Alex, who set us up inside the house was very helpful with getting our TV's hooked up. He also answered any questions I had regarding the service. Would recommend AireBeam to anyone!
It's nice that when you call you get an actual person and not a robot or someone in India. The biggest issue was that I was paying for 1gbps but would only get a bit less than half that. They kept telling me it was because I was in wifi on my phone but I have no issues with cox getting the speed I pay for. They company was great, they just couldn't deliver what they promised.
Tammy was amazing at helping me to resolve some confusing technical issues on a Sunday night. She was super nice, very patient and professional. Tammy went well beyond the "extra mile" in ensuring, before terminating the call with me, that I had both an understanding and a resolution. As of today, my experience with AireBeam, overall has been an excellent experience with staff, the service and the equipment. Thank you AireBeam.
Had services set up on a Friday. Tried for two days and we couldn't stream anything on one device connected. By Monday I called and canceled my service. Tuesday I called in regards to a refund for my payment and status of my service making sure it was cancelled. Was informed that my refund request was denied and I would be getting charged $150 for breach of contract. I understand I did sign the year contract but I only had the service for four days. Also I understand that the only speed was the lowest but it was to my knowledge that it should be good enough to stream one device with no problem. I am still currently working on contacting a supervisor to explain myself more and try to at least not get charged $150. As of right now I can only do one star. May change if they can help me with I believe unacceptable charges.
What a joke. Do NOT waste your hard earned money on these suckers. Ive had them since Jan 6 and have had outages MULTIPLE times a week. On 1/9 it was out for 18 hours. On 3/25 it was again out for 18 hours and AGAIN today, 3/26 its out for 6 hours and counting. On top of MULTIPLE weekly interruptions. My children have online school and are constantly missing live sessions because of Airebeam. These last 2 days (3/25 and 3/26) they have missed school altogether. What a joke!!! DO NOT GET INTERNET FROM THESE PEOPLE!! Edit: As of 11pm on 3/26 it has been 22 HOURS with no internet. You pathetic engineers have no update and no ETA on restoring service. At this point I am fed up. You replied back like you guys care but thats all show. Don't let their replies fool you. I'm going back to Cox Internet.
Arturo was an absolute dream representative. He called me before I even finished looking at packages online. He also answered every question before I could even ask them. He made signing up simple and quick. Alex was quick and efficient installing my equipment. This was an awesome experience. Also, my speeds are even higher than my package. I couldn't be happier.
