Service with this company has always been contrary to serving the customer, and thereby mediocre to unpleasant. I should mention that I have an impeccable bill pay history; I never, ever pay late unless they fail to communicate the e-bill via e-mail. This has happened a few times: TWN is obligated to send a monthly e-mail presenting the upcoming bill that is due. Multiple times this has not happened, so the bill was not paid on time (the issue is on their end). Then, the following month, I receive an e-mail bill with last month's and this month's billed amount (wait for it...) AND a late fee. This late fee is unacceptable, as is TWN's inconsistent billing practice. Now, I have to take time out of my (very) busy day to call and talk them out of this unprofessional practice. In essence, TWN is charging me a late fee for their repeated inability to perform their job in a consistent manner. Time to terminate this relationship, and find a service provider with integrity and billing consistency practices. Note the lack of a March e-bill in the April 03 screen shot:

Horrible customer service. Cancelled service on day 2. First month was 59.00. I called to have equipment picked up. It was my vacation home so I missed the person who came to pick it up. They tried charging me another 10.95 plus two late charges. What late charges? I cancelled day 2. They admitted they had that info. Im glad I did cancel. I would hate to to have dealt with them on a regular basis.

UPDATED REVIEW (old review cancelled). Speed: Internet speed is great (streaming speed is excellent). Don't see any lag/jitter. I pay for 100 MBPS and getting around 95. That is fine (some signal degradation can be expected). Outages: Minimal and don't last long. Install techs: Did a good, solid install. Tech support: Good (knowledgable). Sometimes it's hard to get through and other times, it goes straight through to a tech. Modem: Unable to log in to check/adjust settings---apparently not allowed (I can connect my own router to solve that). OVERALL: A solid 5-star rating.

Terrible customer service. I'm a health care provider and I rely on good connectivity. I'm supposed to be getting a gig download and I pay for a voice line, but I keep getting cut off on my voice line. The reason for the voice line was because I was getting dropped calls on my mobile line, clearly that it not what you expect with a land line. Customer service would not help me, they just kept asking me unrelated questions and eventually disconnected. If there is a response, PLEASE DO NOT give me another phone number to call. I've called several and you apparently won't fix my issue no matter how many times I call. So don't give me some generic response, "Oh, sorry for the inconvenience, call this number" NO! I've called, I've waited, I keep getting a message saying that I'll get a call back, but I never do. Guess what? You keep billing me for the voice line that doesn't work, don't you? You don't fix it do you? NOPE! Screw another customer.

Be very careful when leaving money or any types of valuables out. I basically had to move my bed for them to install the fiber line in. Left my wallet on my bed, and carefully accounted for every dollar in my wallet. Come to find, my wallet is 140 dollars lighter. I haven't made any cash purchases since Christmas Eve, and my wallet had 330 fully accounted for. After the technicians arrive and leave, had only have 190 left in the wallet. We haven't took any money out or made any cash purchases since the 26th. We spent a lot of time deliberating and figuring out the facts, and it seems most likely that someone took only some money as not to raise suspicion. We're definitely calling Optimum or EarthLink and finding other services. I hope you do to. Edit: Issue was brought to higher management and they resolved the issue. Got a call back from them

Service keeps turning off - im constantly having to reboot modems to restart. I call technician for there service but I be calling them in a couple of days back cuz its a recurring problem. I've had this service for about 8 months and nothing but trouble. They did change modem and router twice but I still have same problem. What do I do next.

Long story short they don't work good with people disabilities they won't send you paper bills and it's been 11 months hustle and they weren't supposed to turn off my Wi-Fi until May 15th and they turned it off on the 7th 2 days after I paid April bill and I tried to call two days and just keep getting put on hold and give the runaround they are not good at communicating so think twice before using them or make sure you know how to get on their website because I don't and it's probably because of my disabilities but that's okay I'm just going to have to go get my Verizon box early I just had to finish out this year with them There's some really good workers there but they don't control the company

What a scam. This company has horrible customer service. Been trying to cancel service for a week and keep getting the run around. They keep forwarding me to other people who don't help. "Valerie" sounds promising but we will see. Still haven't confirmed cancellation.. keep getting told "I'll put a note...." Nothing has happened yet. Stay away from this company. Starlink is way better and you don't have to deal with incompetent employees.... Was paying $85/mo for 9mb/s but getting 300+ mb/s for the same price. I highly recommend Starlink for rural customers. TWN sucks!
