Their service is great and quick. If they can't resolve it to my request, they tailor a solution to my needs. That usually means I asked for something that is much harder to do. They always have an easy button to create great solutions. They help me understand without making me feel small. Prompt, efficient and professional

John spent a great deal of time making sure I was connected properly. He provided updates as well to my computer to enable me to work more efficiently. He is always patient and provides a great amount of expertise in his field.

All interactions with your company have been quick and efficient. When I have an issue, I am able to email your company and get a quick response asking for more details or an answer to my inquiry. Every employee I have had the pleasure of working with there, has treated me with the utmost respect. They are knowledgeable and able to walk me through issues straight over the phone, remotely, which is such a life saver! FBJ is lucky to have you guys as our IT dept. Josh promptly contacted me to let me know that the issue with MS Teams was not specific to our staff and instead was an issue with the MS Data Center. At least I think that is what he said, it was last week after all, and my code name is "Leaky Pipe" for good reason. Wait, does that sound wrong? Hmmm. Anyway, he also let me know where I could access status information on Microsoft known issues. If only I could remember where it was that he told me I could access that information. Sigh, I'm sure he won't mind a call back.

Jamison and Matt were very professional. They listened to my concerns about installation location and they provided a solution and result that I am very happy with. I would happily engage Flagstaff IT in the future should I need similar work performed. Also, I am grateful that Flagstaff IT were willing to work with me on scheduling an appointment that fit my travel schedule.
