Wise Agent

If I could give more stars, I would. Every single time that I've needed help with anything on their CRM platform, they respond quickly. If they don't have an immediate answer or something ends up taking a bit (MLS integration, for example) they always follow up. It hasn't felt like a "scripted response", but it's very genuine. Considering the expense of so many CRMs, this one is very inexpensive, yet still offers a lot of value. I highly recommend this platform to any real estate professional.

I was Fortunate enough to have Diane Davis answer my support call and she was so smart, so patient, so nurturing and understanding, she stayed with me right to the end and answered every one of my zillion questions about how to best use wise agent to grow my real estate business. Wise Agent is a great system with a lot of options. The customer service is fantastic! Julie was extremely helpful in answering all my questions.

I'm just becoming familiar with Wise Agent, but so far, I am very impressed. The screens are user-friendly, the features seem to be just what we need - and more. And the support is probably the best I have ever received, by phone, by email and by Zoom. Julie Tendler was patient, knowledgeable, professional, and well-organized in delivering a right-on introductory tutorial.

I've been using WiseAgent since 2015 and it's been easy to use with hiccups along the way. I wish there was away for the CRM to alert you about duplicates when importing new data. It's a pretty basic site with easy to use features, nothing out of the ordinary. I like being able to organize lists into categories when I am sending bulk emails. Customer support is great and very responsive.
