I never get a response back from support and Tony my support person must have something else going on because I have his direct number and can't get him. My site I have had for 4 years is down and my site name is for sale. I have never received such bad service. I can't get a response from the phone number just keeps saying the number is disconnected. I guess I will have to go through the OIG to get a response.

On January 21, 2023, I ordered a website to be made. On January 22, I called and told Sonora that I could not do the website and wanted my money back. I spoke with Tim Reed about it, and he said his account was in the process of being audited. He even sent me a personal Email. I even sent a certified letter that came back as undeliverable because that's what you must do to get a refund. It is now 0ctober 6, 2023, and I still haven't received my $499. Whatever you do, please do not use them. They are scammers. The only reason they received 1 star is because you can't leave negative stars.

I am very pleased with the work that they have done to build my site. The graphics are awesome and the articles are very informative and helpful to the customers visiting my site. Their customer service is great, from the introductory call to the weekly IT calls. They strive to help my site be the best that it can be. Thank you!!
