I hired DKD Arts to help my wife and I get our small business online. Going in, we had no idea what we were doing or where to even start when it came to designing our website or getting it to show up on search engines. We worked with Ed, and he sent me a questionnaire for us to fill out about our business and where we wanted to take it. The questions really opened our eyes and got us thinking in a way about our business that we never have before. When it came to designing our website, Ed educated us along the way on the important components of web design and why he was doing what he was doing, not only from a design standpoint, but also from a marketing point of view. How the potential customers who landed on our site would interpret our page and whether or not the site would gain the customer's trust in order to make a sale. He ensured, through research, that our site would be search engine optimized to the market that we were attempting to capture. The search engine optimizing of the website has proven to be a very successful channel for our customers to find out about our business. Ed also stressed how important it was to manage our online reputation, as it can make or break an online business. He set our website up for customers to be able to leave their reviews and testimonials to share with others on how great their experience was with our company. This has also been a great addition to our website that I would have simply overlooked, but has given such great results. I can't say enough good things about Ed Higgins and his web design team at DKD ARTS. As a web Design Company they were very flexible....turnaround times were good, and there were very few bugs. They also were very knowledgable in email marketing Campaigns and we had them do some artwork as well. We are very happy...we improved our conversion rate and our brand image. I have been in the marketing field for longer than I would like to admit. I approached the team at DKD Arts to revamp my existing site with a whole new me. Boy I can't give enough praise to these guys. They setup my new look, my new shop, my new social media life, and my email marketing, and gave my business the face lift it needed. Thank you soo much!

I run a non profit organization which had a limited budget. I was very clear with Mr. Higgins about this and asked if he could do what I needed with the money allocated. He assured me that he could. As it wound up, he charged me additional hours over which I specifically agreed to. I also confirmed this limit several times, but he failed to comply. My troubles continued when he abandoned the project in the middle of it and left me with a website that was not functional. I was left to figure things out on my own. I attempted to contact him several times but my emails and phone calls went unanswered. I cannot emphasize the level of unprofessionalism. I had to explain things several times to him, thus it was apparent that he was not listening or reading with attention. He claims that he gets paid 100 dollars an hour by some clients, which if that was the case, I'm not sure why he accepted my job. He claimed to be "doing me a favor", but this was hardly what happened. Instead, he caused me and the organization great distress. If you don't have a lot of money, then I would not hire this individual because he will not give you the attention or follow you that you deserve. It was apparent that the people who pay him more get top priority. This was evidence by repeated cancellations when we scheduled times to discuss the project. I can not in good conscious recommend this individual.

Can't say enough about what Legnd Pro Review has done for my business! It has greatly affected customer satisfaction and our ability to inspect on the expectations we set for our staff and our guests!
