I was over my head, I needed some help, and I knew I needed a professional. Since I am new to the area I used Googled to see what options were available. I prefer supporting local owner operated businesses. When I saw a 4.8 rating with 99 reviews, I decided to read what everyone had to say. So thank you to the 99 people that took their time to help me make a great choice. And am I happy I chose Fast Rhino!! Customer service could not be any better, extremely knowledgeable and patient. Merlin explained all the details so thoroughly, I was very comfortable and confident with the plan to repair my computer. I also think the service charge was extremely reasonable. So here I am as the 100th review, thank you Merlin & everyone at Fast Rhino.

If you some insane service, come to Fast Rhino. I had damaged my laptop and the repair at Best Buy would have cost me an arm and a leg, so I went searching for something more affordable. Fast Rhino not only fit within my budget, they went above and beyond with offering to repair separate issues I wasn't even aware of. Additionally, they patiently allowed me to pick up and pay as my schedule changed. If Fast Rhino has one loyal customer, it's me. Thank you kind and wonderful FR folks!!! <3

I love Fast Rhino!! I dealt with them in Arizona for about 10 years. Now I live in Kentucky, but I prefer dealing with them remotely rather than shopping locally or getting help locally. They just set me up with a new PC and transferred my data flawlessly from the old machine. No fuss, no muss, no heart attacks! They are completely professional, polite and easy to work with, and operate with the highest standards. Fast Rhino picked up and delivered the cleaned PC in less than 3 days. The end to end service and quick turnaround far exceeded my expectations. Fast Rhino tech installed new verified virus and malware software, and went as far as helping him change all his important account passwords. Really nice folks and great customer service. They did exactly what was needed in this PC emergency.

(Lack of knowledge on my part.) She offered to send Zack to fix the problem. I asked when he could come and she said "right now". I recently had to have my Macbook cleaned since I was behind in my updates, so I was looking for a local business to get this done. I went by Best Buy first and since the price was pretty high I decided to shop around. I called Fast Rhino spoke with Merlin who was very helpful. He tried to help me over the phone but I still had difficulties so I drop the computer off. The service was great and my computer was finished with the updates and cleaning two days early. I highly recommend Fast Rhino to anyone looking to get work done on their computer.
