I have been with BizIQ for about 10 years now. At first a rocky start. Was going to quit. Then Aaron Waugh entered my life and salvaged the account. Quite happy. Then when he got promoted I had several people for a few years. Not too thrilled. Let several items of my account run down. Then last year (2024) Maddy Thaduri took over my account. She is a keeper. She is patient, explains things and is thorough. She cares. She got my account back to performing. I think she will be with BizIQ for the long haul. (The reason for 4 stars is that I took the 10 year experience into consideration)

I was skeptical at first--honestly, I'm not even sure why--but I'm so glad I gave BizIQ a chance. Danny at BizIQ was a total game-changer. He helped me finally get my Google Business verification issues resolved after three years of getting nowhere with Google support. He also helped me delete old listings that were either outdated or not properly structured according to Google's standards. Having those suspended listings sitting out there was triggering tons of spam calls from people trying to "help" reinstate them--but Danny actually got it done, and in just a few weeks. The communication throughout the process was excellent. Danny was super responsive, helpful, and clearly knew what he was doing. I highly recommend BizIQ if you're dealing with any kind of Google Business headache. Worth every penny!

I really wanted to stay, but the way I've been treated is unacceptable. I've felt ignored, unappreciated, and unseen. I raised concerns with multiple managers who promised follow-ups that never happened. Calls and emails went unanswered, and when they changed my marketing manager, no one informed me or reached out. It's been over a month trying to cancel a paid service, with no support or resolution. I shouldn't have to beg for basic communication. This experience has made it clear--my business is no longer valued here. Which obviously makes me question is my SEO being taken care of the right way ?

BizIQ has been doing SEO for my company for the past several years. Recently I had a problem pop up with email for 2 domains that were hosted by a different LARGE online domain, website, email host. Could not send or receive messages from either. After struggling with the LARGE company's tech for a time, I did reach out to BizIQ even though it was apparent the trouble was not with them. Left a VM with my rep, who turned out to be away from the office. Within minutes I had a call back from one of his team members wanting to help and a few minutes after that with one of their techs wanting to understand and help if possible. After failing to resolve with the original host via "chat" over 2-3 weeks, I decided to transfer the hosting to BizIQ. The transfer of the domain hosting, website hosting and email hosting was nearly flawless. What minor problems did arise were handled expeditiously. In a world of cumbersome tech support and user experiences BizIQ stands out for their willingness and desire to actually help their customers. Andrew Sitz is an awesome customer service rep with a really great support staff behind him. I cannot recommend BizIQ more enthusiastically.

Awesome experience working with BizIQ to get my company's Google Business Page reinstated. I had tried for months to set up a GBP for a second location, contacting several agencies for help after it kept getting suspended. BizIQ was the only company that was able to successfully get it reinstated. Gabriella, my account manager, was very helpful and responsive every step of the way. I got her the documents they needed and that was it, they handled everything. Highly recommend BizIQ.
