Phoenix Hosting

I had hosted my website with FastQ since 1998. Then, Phoenix Hosting acquired the company and I desided to stay with them (Wrong desision). Shortly after, I started having several problems with Phoenix Hosting, but they insisted on fixing them. In short, the service was never good; new problems always arose, especially communication issues. Today I realize I've lost my domain (.com), which I started in 1988 :( Devastated, I called Phoenix Hosting, and they told me they had called me on an old phone number; they never tried to call me on my cell phone (information they also had). Today, I lost my website and access to my emails. Another company bought my domain, and now I've lost all my online work. Very disapointed and upset with Phoenix Hosting. Stay far from them.

We have NOT received ANY of our requests in a timely manner. They do NOT answer their phones as another reviewer stated. It is an automated system and then they may or may not call you back and if they do call you back, they don't ever do what you ask them to anyway. They don't give you access to your own website, they don't follow through with making any changes you ask them for and if you pay them to create better SEO, they will never provide you with any reports as promised. They basically held my website hostage when I was with them and getting it back was like traversing the Oregon Trail. You can do MUCH better elsewhere.
