We met Chris Crosby after having a very bad experience with another contractor, Chris was very professional polite and kept us informed during the entire process. His crew were extremely professional as well pleasant very friendly and did amazing work as you can see by the photos. My wife and I are extremely happy And couldn't have asked for anything more. Kudos to Chris Crosby and his crew. If anything arises for us to have more construction work done Chris Crosby will be the person that we contact!

We just had our deck remodeled and rebuilt by Crosby Home Services. We started the process last summer looking for people to come out and give us an estimate and talk over what it was we were looking for. Chris was one of two contractors that responded and was by far the most responsive (I realize that isn't saying much these days, but it gets better)... Chris gave us an estimate, provided us engineering documents, worked with the city to receive the appropriate permits, walked us through the various schedules (permitting, materials delivery, footer installation, deck building, railing/gate install and the required inspections), and ultimately provided us with a STUNNING deck that we absolutely love. And BEST OF ALL...Chris was in constant communication with us throughout the entire process...not once did we have to chase him down, or wonder what was going on or what was happening next. If there was an issue (and there always is...) he responded immediately and his crew resolved whatever concerns we had. And, his crew showed up early every morning ready to work. We are very happy with Crosby Home Services and would definitely recommend them to build another beautiful deck!!

After meeting with several contractors, Crosby Home Services was selected to expand our existing deck by approximately 200 square feet. I was extremely satisfied with the final outcome and work performed by Crosby Home Services. Workers showed up on time, conducted themselves professionally, cleaned up the site daily, project completed timely, and the craftsmanship performed was impeccable. The scope of work incorporated structural security, concrete footings, stone pillars, decking & railings. As testament to the quality of workmanship it is impossible to identify any differences between the expansion and the existing deck structure. The city of Prescott Building Inspection was conducted throughout the project with approvals & praise given to the workmanship. Terry Rich

I recently had Crosby Home Services replace my old two level deck and I just want people to know what a great job his crew did. When Chris Crosby came to look at the job he offered a couple of changes to the layout which we approved and they not only improved the look but made it much more functional. As for the construction, the old decks were framed with 2x6 joists, while Chris used 2x8 joists and in a few critical areas he used 4x8 beams and the top of each joist was covered with deck tape to greatly reduce or prevent water damage. For the top surface we used a Timber Tech product which Chris's crew did a masterful job of installing. The cuts were clean and precise even along a curved, stacked block wall. I should also add that Chris's crew installed lighting for the stairs and deck. In short, it looks great and we are very pleased with our new deck. Hats off to John, the foreman and his crew for a very professional job.

Chris Crosby, owner of Crosby Home Services, replaced our existing, rotting, wood, wrap-around deck with a TimberTech deck. Chris is a pleasure to work with. He's easy to get in touch with and responsive to questions and concerns. He has a high standard for his work and makes sure all aspects of the job meet that standand. During our final inspection, he fixed and replaced stuff that didn't meet his standard, at his suggestion and cost. Stuff I wouldn't have noticed or cared about. Even stuff I told him I didn't care about! His team was outgoing and pleasant. They showed up on time and worked hard and cleaned up after themselves. Really, I cannot imagine a better contractor experience. I will definitely hire him again to do more work for me and wouldn't have a moment's hesitation to recommend him to others.

Crosby Home Services did an excellent job rebuilding our deck! The crew was friendly, accommodating and always on time. All questions were answered during the project! I highly recommend this Service!

It's been a year or so since Chris finished our deck, it was a massive project, he added a whole wrap around deck to the back of our home that was 20+ feet off the ground.....it's amazing!!, the quality and craftsmanship are second to none......we host a lot of people and everyone comments on how beautiful and well made this deck is.....we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Chris! He knows his stuff.....
