Mile High Networks

I had a wonderful experience with Nita the office staff and Kody the installer. Nita was extremely helpful and her knowledge about Mile High Networks was very impressive. Kody my installer also provided a large amount of information that was helpful for me to understand new technology these days with the internet. Thank you both for the outstanding customer service.

VERY happy we made the switch from a well known, yet consistently unreliable provider. Everyone has been professional, helpful and friendly... a winning combination. It was also great to meet Jackie at the Dewey-Humboldt event earlier today!

On April 7th we had satellite, high-speed internet installed by Mile High Networks. My husband said the technician was very professional and took his time to locate the best spot for our best reception. Having just bought this home, both the tech and my husband worked together to find the best place to install the router. In the end, the only option was to install it in the front corner of our garage. Here's where I have a bit of an issue. When I finally arrived in our new home, I found the router sitting on a windowsill, plugged into the nearest wall outlets, and attached to an extremely long cord that connects to the satellite. I guess I expected to see the router more professionally positioned. Of course, this may be the best our new home could offer. Our house is a little over 2,300 sq ft. The tech said the router was rated for 1,800 sq ft, and if we had any problem with the reach, to give them a call to see what could be done. Since there is an extensive amount of cord connecting to the satellite, I did move the router closer to the interior of our home. Once we're fully moved in and unpacked, I will work on a better method to hold the router. All this being said, we have had no problems with our internet thus far. Hopefully this will continue.

The staff at Mile high are absolutely amazing. However the service is horrible. I have gone through multiple plans with my last plan being the $104 a month plan. I work from home so I need good internet service. It is either offline or running very slow most of the time. It interferes with me doing my job and at night when I am trying to watch TV everything is super pixelated because of the poor internet.

Just got service with Mile High Networks, Noah is a great tech! Smooth Service, informative and on a timely manner. Recommend!

Mile High Networks came out recently to do an upgrade on my home, actually twice in the past six months. They were the proactive ones, not me. Mo calls to tell me they're coming, Ricardo comes out as promised, when promised, and gets the job done. I'm out in Legend Hills and we do get taken down a few times during the monsoon season, I mean how can their towers predict lightning? Mile High takes care of the problem as quickly as they can and always keeps its customers informed. I have no complaint about connectivity, speed, customer service, I like Mile High!

We needed our modem upgraded and so made an appointment. I left specific instructions for the tech to call first which he did. Upon arrival Noah began work immediately and professionally, he was courteous and a nice young man. Mile High Networks has been great these last 3 years. I highly recommend.
