What a GREAT small business in Prescott. I had not been there before but thought I had cracked the glass on my cell phone. SUPER nice man there took my cell phone cover off and said "no you haven't cracked the cell phone glass but the thin protective glass cover. GREAT guy and refused any payment. I HIGHLY recommend this business.

Evan and Mike were GREAT!!!, I had my work desktop go down and brought it in for repair. I also brought a laptop hoping they could get it setup to keep my business running while they repaired my desktop. Evan got my laptop up and working for shipping to keep me running the same day. 3-days later I got my desktop back and everything is working wonderfully. I cannot say enough about the wonderful customer service and the understanding my need to keep my business running without downtime. I will come to Nerdy Neighbor anytime I need anything. Thank you so much and I will be telling everyone to visit you for any computer needs.

Evan and Mike are both extremely professional yet super helpful and kind. They both really do want to help in way possible and care about the customer. For what devices cost nowadays retail, it makes more sense in most cases to get repairs done on devices I own. I brought my iPhone in and the fellas here were super helpful, efficient, honest, and friendly. They repaired my screen for less than a quarter of what a new device would have cost me. Couldn't be happier - I'll definitely be referring to them for business in the future.

With customer service and skills that every shopper dreams of! How could I not recommend this establishment? If you need tech related help or your tech fixed? I highly recommend Nerdy Neighbor! Evan and Mike are very knowledgeable - and honest! Needed new battery and camera in my iPhone and parts came the next day. Have also had computer repair done here in the past. Very happy with this place!
