PC WORKS! - IT Support Prescott, Managed IT Services, Computer Network

Have used PC Works for many years: back in the day, they built me my first tower; repaired/ replaced/updated parts. Guided me through purchase of best laptop/ taken care of various problems and purchases by making home visits. Patrick & Heather, the owners, take care of their customers excellently well.

Vince was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. He was able to recover most of the data on our failed computer and transfer it to a new one that best fit our needs. Their products are competitively priced and carefully assembled in Prescott using only the best parts. It is easy to see why they have been in business since 2001. I strongly recommend PC Works.

The PC Works was amazing. Not only did they successfully fix my computer, which is running wonderfully but the service was fast and fantastic. They checked with me every step of the way so that I knew what was going on with my computer and was ok with all the costs. They were happy to help me in any way including getting my computer to me at my convenience after they fixed it. I even call them to ask little tech questions now because they are so reliable and helpful. Thank you PC Works!

Update 12/2023 I dumped a glass of water on my laptop and killed it. Karla at PC Works was great at calming my panic and getting me a new MacBook Pro immediately. Darren set-up the new one for me, working just like my old one (only much better). I won't go anywhere else, they are great. This is my first review in 2021: This review of PC Works is for the 10% of you readers that are trapped in the Apple cult like me. Lots of people understand a PC but it's hard finding really smart Apple techs. I took my MacBook Pro to them with some serious repair issues, and it was in need of a long overdue OS update. They were great. Not everything went perfectly with the new OS download and they were able to find my missing bits and restore my computer file (and my sanity). I've been to an Apple Store genius bar and did not get the good service I did at PC Works. I give them 5 stars. And I will definitely go to them again.

I had a wonderful experience at PC Works! My laptop hard drive went bad and they were able to save all of my data that I thought I had lost for a low price. As a college student who needed my laptop data saved quickly, they understood and valued my time. I was ensured that they would try to help me get my files back as quickly as possible and they followed through with great communication so I knew what was going on. I would definitely come back again if I had a problem with my laptop and appreciate the prompt and friendly service!

Vince was able to diagnose the issue and offer alternatives. I selected buying a laptop from PC Works. Although I may have paid a few bucks more than if I would have shopped Amazon it was well worth it given the setup service and having a solution which fit my needs. Thank you.

PC Works is fantastic. I have been using them for over 5 years. They are excellent at explaining what your job will entail and an estimated cost. I just upgraded 2 desktop computers from Windows 7 to Windows 10 and everything was perfect. PC Works is definitely my "go to" computer company.

We had such a good experience buying a refurbished Lenovo from PC Works... My husband is so happy with his computer. It was just what he wanted and needed for his use. I took my laptop to have the keyboard replaced & the malware cleaned up. The staff was knowledgeable and customer oriented.Along the way, I spoke to Heather the owner and Eric one of the technicians. Tracy in the "front office" is a customer oriented and communicated every step of the way during the servicing of my laptop. All in all it was a great experience and I would trust them with any of my technology needs. The prices were fair and well worth the expertise. The repair was done in a shorter time than promised and my Computer is great.
