Due date for bills varies by up to 10 days each month its a guessing game when you're bill is due. Which is super sketchy I think their getting a couple extra bill cycles each year

I placed a call when I couldn't get my furnace to stay lit. And, despite it not being common practice to help with anything beyond the line coming into my home I was so surprised when a short time later and after dak when it was cold, Joe showed up at my door. So I want to thank the customer service person I spoke to and Joe for going above and beyond! What a great bunch of people at Unisource! Every time I've interacted with them, their priority is safety delivered with patience and professionalism.

Set up service to be turned on on a Monday after moving in on a Friday and them being unable to turn it on then. 4 days with no ability to really cook, shower, wash clothes. Requested a call from the tech before my appointment. No call, no contact at all, all day. Got home around 2pm to a note saying they showed up this morning. 15 minutes after I left for work and I need to reschedule. 2 hours on hold to set up another appointment, wouldn't come back out today. We'll see if they actually call tomorrow.

Why is it so difficult to speak to a live person? My gas bill has increased ridiculously with not an increase in usage. Thought perhaps I had a gas leak and tried to contact UES to have it checked. Unable to reach a live person. You can wait on hold for over 40 minutes or have your call placed for a call back. This is horrible customer service.

Been a customer for ~4 months. Their terrible website looks like it was created in 1995 and navigates like it too. Almost impossible to speak with a human being unless you call emergency number. Didn't send me any statements so therefore my account number wasn't available. (calling during the day isn't an option due to the fact that I'm asleep for the entirety of their customer service hours) and even when I wake up 2hrs early to call - the wait time was almost 2hrs and had to go to work. The only reason my gas wasn't shut off due to them not allowing me to make a payment was because I finally got ahold of someone after FOUR MONTHS OF TRYING. Terrible customer service, terrible company.

Update: the issue was much more complex than it seemed at the time, and it turned out to be my apartment complex and their merchant causing the true issues. I'm grateful for the UniSource tech's patience and willingness to help. Thank you. Terrible experience with this company. They turned off our gas due to an appliance issue and refuse to turn it back on, even though maintenance requires it to fix the appliance. We are without heat in below 40 degree weather for 3 days now until it can be resolved. Heartless, incompetent company.

I never received a bill of notification either via email for the final bill for our Prescott rental. We needed to start the gas service before it was switched over to the tenant. A tenant moved in and switched the bill over to themselves in a matter of a few weeks after the start date. Never sent me the final bill and sent it to collections. They said I didn't contact them to change the address. Kinda funny when you consider the collection agency had no problem sending the bill to my home in Phoenix. Poor bookkeeping and the agent I talked to was very rude. Too bad they have the monopoly on gas service. My rental management company will try to rectify the situation. Hopefully they can.

In the back of my yard working, I flag down the employee to please come connect my gas as he drives off, Customer Service and 2 supervisors said I need a new appointment after I took off for the day and watched them drive off, I believe he knocked waited 10 seconds and drove off. Left a note for 15 minutes earlier then he arrived, and called with a restricted number I couldn't call back. Stinks this town dosnt offer another gas company because this one is terrible. Absolutely terrible customer service. Thanks my 7 year old cannot take a bath after his baseball game at home. Jerks
