Mojo Global

This company has sent 4 text messages today, as well as called 3 times today. I picked up the phone twice and talked to someone, telling them they had the wrong number and to quit calling. Reeks of desperation and bordering on harassment. I am on the Do Not Call list.

They absolutely will not stop SPAMMING you with texts and emails, no matter how many times you ask them to stop. I have no interest in their services and it doesn't matter how many times I tell them, they continue to break the law and they will continue to SPAM you incessantly.

Gladys went well beyond the call of duty to ensure that my issue was resolved. I was unable to download essential software, which she resolved immediately. Then, she not only made sure that I had access to the software, but she took me through many steps to train me on the most strategic ways to use the software, giving me tips and guiding me through every facet that I will need to employ to have the best outcome. Her professionalism, kindness and patience are all to be commended. Thank you!!! Once again, I had an issue, due to a mistake I made. Gladys was not just efficacious in delivering her solution, but she was, as always, professional and kind. She's a gem! I had another request for credits to my BizBoom account and Zarah fulfilled my request immediately. She provides excellent service for which I am grateful. Thank you Zarah!

So far the support staff has been great! If that changes, I promise to let you know. I realize many people look to my reviews for factual guidance, so I try to always give you my true experiences, but so far I don't have any complaints about their support team. Good job! UPDATE: There was a slight mistake in my account for billing. Francis went the extra mile for me to make sure it was corrected accordingly. Great attention to detail, Francis! Thank you. Ezra provided excellent customer support while I navigated the new software for the Social Gold Rush program. I feel much more confident now with the tools provided and am excited to integrate this into my marketing efforts! In separate emails, both Zarah and Francis provided stellar assistance helping me gain access to my member's page. They were patient, polite, and very accommodating.
