I decided to work with Solutions 8 after being promised great results by their sales rep. He assured me that I could reach out to him directly if I had any issues, but once I signed up, he completely disappeared and never responded to my messages. Things got worse when I started working with the account manager. She ignored the metrics we had agreed on from the start and instead tried to justify the campaign by pointing to irrelevant stats that didn't reflect actual performance. The ad spend I entrusted to them was wasted, and instead of helping my business grow, the results were worse than what I was achieving on my own--despite spending more money. To make matters worse, I asked for a landing page to be created toward the end of our contract. I signed the agreement they required, but then the account manager refused to move forward unless I gave her access to my HubSpot account. This was frustrating because HubSpot charges additional fees per seat, and at this point, I didn't want to spend even more money for her access, especially given the poor performance from her team. It felt controlling and unnecessary, adding to an already disappointing experience. Overall, my experience with Solutions 8 was incredibly frustrating. I went into this hoping for professional support and real results but ended up spending more money for worse outcomes. I'd recommend being very cautious about working with them unless they make serious changes to how they handle clients and campaigns.

I had a deeply frustrating experience with this company, and I feel obligated to share my concerns to help others make informed decisions. Despite initially selecting this agency for their strong reputation, my experience fell far short of expectations. During the first month, there were significant issues with campaign management, including running ads in incorrect target locations, a high-performing campaign ending prematurely due to their oversight of a campaign end date (which caused the campaign to re-enter the learning phase and subsequently fail to generate meaningful conversions), and incorrect sitelinks being advertised. These errors resulted in a significant amount of wasted ad spend. When I raised these concerns and requested a meeting to resolve them, my request was denied, leaving critical issues unaddressed. I was also promised a 24-hour Performance Creative Launch Package to have digital assets designed for my campaigns. However, they produced only a handful of assets for one campaign, despite managing several campaigns during the first month. This service was not delivered as advertised. Additionally, it took seven days to schedule my kickoff call. Given that I was being charged $4,500 USD per month, this delay was unacceptable. I completed all onboarding documents immediately, but they appeared in no hurry to get started, leaving me feeling as though seven expensive days of campaign management were wasted. I do not believe I should have been charged for services during this period while waiting for them to schedule the kickoff call. I ultimately chose to terminate the agreement towards the end of the initial term, but I was still charged for a second month, even though I believe the contract terms did not justify this charge. After extensive communication, they agreed to refund the $4,500 for the second month, which I appreciated. However, while waiting for the refund, I was inexplicably charged another $4,500 for a third month--despite no agreement or authorization for continued services. This brought the total owed to me to $9,000 USD. My attempts to contact the company for resolution have gone unanswered, leaving me both frustrated and out of pocket. While I understand that mistakes can happen, the lack of responsiveness and accountability throughout this process has been unacceptable. I hope this review encourages the company to improve its practices and customer service. Until then, I cannot recommend their services, and I am now in the process of obtaining legal counsel to recover the funds owed to me.

Solutions 8 is an amazing Google Ads agency. Their level of expertise is truly top notch. With Google Ads ever changing, they were constantly implementing new strategies that enabled us to take advantage of key opportunities in the market.
