I've had CIS for years but suddenly it's down for more than 24 hours at least once a week now. Even my internet speed is slower than what I pay for. No refund for lost service. No update on what is going on or when it will be back up. Soon is not answer.

I've had a great experience with CIS. Adam, has been super helpful during every interaction. If there's an issue with service they will drop everything to fix it but also explain issues. Communication is critical and CIS does a great job. My internet speeds are great and rarely is there an issue and coming to Sierra Vista from Texas, I can tell you I've had virtually no connectivity issues compared to when I was with Spectrum. Highly recommend for reliability, customer service, and communication.

We have been customers since April. Yes there have been many bumps along the way, but it's finally starting to smooth out. Adam and the people that work for him, have always gone above and beyond. Their customer service is amazing and not something you find often nowadays. If something goes wrong, they work on the issue to get it fixed as quickly as possible and even will give credit when it's on their side. Lately the internet has been more stable and reliable. Adam is trying to build up a company and make it better, these things take time, trial and error, and sometimes things are out of your or his control, and so far he has done everything he has said.

Just had CIS come in and change out our radio and our wifi box. They were fast and efficient! Chad Ellsworth was kind, and knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to us and to answer our questions! After talking with Chad, I really feel like CIS and their team are trying to make a difference and that the new management actually cares about their customers! I live out in Hereford, which the internet service can be spotty and unreliable. I wish I would have switched sooner to CIS. Their internet is very reliable and fast. Customer service is by far the best I have had the pleasure of dealing with. They will stay on the phone with you to remedy any issues or send a tech out to your location within an hour or two. They're veteran friendly and I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I gave 5stars because 1000 stars wasn't an option! I've had CIS for years and service was good. Since Adam purchased the company, he has initiated replacing and updating hardware systems, we have recently been placed on the Wave system and our service speeds when from 20-30 mbps to 200 mbps download and 200 mbps upload. Those speeds are ridiculously fast. During the transition Adam started doing a deep evaluation of the systems to see where he could improve service. One night after experiencing low service speed, I texted Adam and after a brief discussion and evaluation on his end and then determined he needed to evaluate my router. He came by and made internal adjustments and tripled our speed even before going to Wave. We were very happy and then he told us he was going to make us even happier once Wave came online. Boy, was he right! Absolutely Brilliant service!

I'm an actual customer. This is 100% real. THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST INTERNET SERVICE PERIOD. I just want to help at least one person. There are other options available. It goes out all the time and a bunch of times it's been out for more than 24 hours. The owner is incompetent and always has an excuse and the secretaries don't answer the phone when it's out. Save yourself money, time, and stress and choose another carrier. Any 5 star reviews you see on here must be friends or family.

CIS installed fixed wireless on my property between the Mules and the SanPedro about a week ago. Brian, who installed the system was professional, quick, and knowledgeable. My location presented a challenge and the new owner (Adam) jumped in and came up with a solution that works. So far it's working fantastic. I'm pleased and would recommend them to everyone in the area.
