Went into the store today after not having a so great experience, and they ended up sending out a landline technician. She was very professional and helpful. Gave me advice on my rotary phone (said I should try getting a pulse to tone adapter). Very satisfied with them!

I should really give them 0 because they make promises that they never keep their customer service just loops you around and never fixes anything I can't wait to not live in an area where Cox has a monopoly cause they're services is constantly lagging every single hour

Went in and got mobile phone service and was told I would get a free iPhone. I had to qualify for financing, but they would make the payments. I find out that I have to make the payment the first time with my own money. I was not told this When I agreed to take the phone and the phone service. What a cluster

I called to make an appointment to have the Internet installed. Customer service was friendly and the tech was extremely friendly. I have had cox internet for over a week and I have not had any issues. Mike was the one that got me set up he was extremely friendly and very caring..

Cox representatives have been untruthful from the moment I received their services for Internet and mobile services. I made a payment in the store on the due date and they stated that I did not make the payment and they included a $25 return payment fee to my account. What really set my hair on fire is that the representative stated that when I added my card to make my own payments gave them a right to put my mobile service on auto payment, but when I went into the store the representative stated that I set up the auto payments but what she didn't realize was the card that was used to sign up for services was not the same card that I used to make my payments. They lie so much I don't see how in Gods name they're still in business. I don't trust that all though I returned the phones and disconnected mobile services to date Cox will not charge me additional money for services that I no longer have.

Often has outages. Customer service is terrible the person online had no clue what a MAC address is and I was told to replace my router 6 months ago because "it was the problem" $300 later we still experienced issues and also a few months later were told the router & modem was incompatible with our new receivers and they need us to use the cox router all in one which was never offered to me in my MANY service calls with them. Huge waste of money and we pay $400 a month for internet and TV. Can't wait until fiber is available here. Their parental controls are also trash, any teen can get around them.

Terrible service provider, constant outages and when there isn't an outage there is in and out connection. Unfortunately there aren't many options for internet in Cochise county. No complaints against any of the hardware service teams. But the connection in this area is so unstable it is unusable a quarter of the time yet I still end up paying 100% of my bill each month.

I have lived in the area less than 2 months and they sure want to overcharge you for internet that has CONSTANT outages and buffering. They should be being fined for not providing the service they offer until they do proper repairs. I had Xfinity where I used to live and had less outages in 4 years than I have here in 2 months. Absolutely do yourself a favor and get Starlink. It's not much more expensive and get this, it actually provides the internet it claims to offer. I've had it a few weeks now and it's unreal how much better a satellite link can be over cable, being it shouldn't be that way at all. With Starlink at the peak times I'm still pulling 100mbps and during off times see the pic...
