We recently celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary, and Marcus Aves with Edifying Pursuits Media was an absolute highlight of our event. He set up a fantastic photo booth that was a hit with all our guests. Marcus was professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure everyone had a great time. The quality of the photos was exceptional, capturing beautiful memories that we will cherish forever. From the initial setup to the final shots, everything was seamless and well-organized. The props were perfect, adding an extra layer of fun to the evening. We highly recommend Edifying Pursuits Media for any event. The attention to detail and commitment to excellence truly made our special day even more memorable. Thank you for making our anniversary celebration so wonderful!

I would not recommend this company. They filmed my wedding in the Fall of 2021. I have never received my wedding video. There were claims of corrupt files, however, there were several cameras used to film that we saw. Emails stopped being responded to and there was never any follow up. Imagine having one of the biggest days of your life being filmed and then never receiving any footage, follow up, a REFUND, or apology. The disappointment is endless as we will never be able to watch our footage. It's sickening and very upsetting. If you are filming such an important event, maybe back it up on several devices? A wedding video was our number 1 priority when planning our wedding and that once in a lifetime experiment cannot ever be relived now. Please think if the risk is worth it before hiring this company. It certainly wouldn't be for me if I was able to do it over.

I highly recommend Edifying Pursuits for your photography needs. Marcus was super responsive and flexible to be able to photograph my AirBnB on a tight schedule. His photos were perfectly reflective of the property. He even went the extra mile and staged a few shots to who the hidden amenities.

This is a long over due review. Marcus did a really great job and was more than willing to work around our schedule to make it work for everyone. He recommended and beautiful spot a little ways into Carr Canyon. It was not far and we agreed. He showed up on time and immediately introduced himself. He was very motivated and explained how he would be doing our pictures. We all seemed to connect immediately like we have known him for some time already. Marcus was able to make us laugh and smile on command without just posing and saying, CHEESE!! This allowed us to get pictures that you don't normally see from photographer's. I would 100% recommend him to anyone and if we do family pictures again he will be our go to. Prices were very reasonable and he shared previews of photos before hand and let us pick the ones we liked or didn't like. There were plenty to choose from and I would have loved to take them all!

If you are looking for a photographer I highly recommend reaching out to Marcus. We were looking for a outdoor session to capture belated wedding photos, family photos, and school photos for the kiddo. We got everything we wanted and a great morning out at Carr Canyon. Marcus is very personable and even got our shy 11 yo to dance and take part in the session. Photo platform and website for ordering prints was also great and easy to share with family.

Edifying Pursuits Photography (specifically Marcus) did an outstanding job capturing new memories at our son's college graduation celebration!! The photo booth was the perfect way to have fun with props, group or individual shots, and have keepsake Marcus was the upmost professional with suggestions and ideas for the best experience! We had a very good experience with Edifying Pursuits for our large office holiday party. The photographer was punctual, professional, fun, and he dressed appropriately for the occasion. The staff really enjoyed the photo booth that printed pics on the spot--in the number of copies the group requested. We also had event room photos, speaker photos, and candid photos done. The turn-around on the pics was quick, and we also got soft copies of the photo booth pics. I highly recommend.

Edifying Pursuits Photography took absolutely stunning photos of my Vacation Rental allowing me to book reservations in less than 24 hrs. Great attention to detail with great tips on capturing what you are looking for. I highly recommend and know exactly who to call in the future.
