I'm soooo excited to be a new customer with HPAZ. From talking with Kristen to set up my account, to Don for making my appointments, to Jake for doing the install, to Benjamin for answering my many many many Facebook Messenger messages, this locally owned company provides top quality, high speed, internet, that I'm so excited to be getting. Their professionalism is great. I had one issue and it was fixed in less than 24 hours. My previous provider would have taken days to get my internet fixed. I won't mention their name, but I've gone from 12 Mbps to 110 Mbps and saved $10 a month. I will say one thing that frustrated me with my previous internet company, was dealing with a foreign call center. You don't have that issue with HPAZ. All calls and communications are done with people who actually live in Hereford Palominos area, hence the name HPAZ, and they really do CARE about their customers!!! Thank you HPAZ!!!

Been with HPAZ since moving into the Hereford area 2 years ago. Early speeds were tough, slow, but their recent upgrades in high speed internet coverage have solved that problem. Lag free gaming! Thank you!! Side note-Always great customer service via emails or phone calls!

So far so good. I'm in the process of building a homestead out in the county and couldn't get HPAZNET until I had a building to install the receiver on. So I had to suffer with a hot spot from T-Mobile. The reception with T-Mobile wasn't good, and at times it got down to .08 and .12 mbps download...you can't do anything with that! HPAZNET suggested that I try out their slowest speed which is 5 mbps download. It works well enough to watch videos, and the speed is consistent, but I might upgrade to a faster speed. Anyhow, I'm really happy to have decent internet for the first time in over a year!
