Sam is actually amazing. Not only did he try to help us over the phone for free, but he was at our home within 20 minutes on the Saturday night before Easter. My daughter has a custom built pc, so not your run of the mill computer issue. Sam figured out the issue quickly, fixed it perfectly, and is EXTREMELY reasonably priced. Plus he's just a really nice person and obviously very intelligent. We will never use anyone else for any future issues that are beyond our technological capability. Highly highly recommend.

Sam was extremely professional and kept me updated at every step of the way. My pc was giving a blue screen and essentially not working properly and he replaced the memory stick and upgraded me to 1tb so I can play my games on my pc with ease! I shopped around for someone to work on my pc for a while and most of them were unreasonably priced, he was upfront about costs and his prices are absolutely reasonable. Also very quick turnaround!!!! I will be going to Sam for any pc issues I may have in the future. 10/10 recommend.

Sam was saved my life today all from the comfort of home!! My laptop would not turn on and he had it up and running for me within 2 minutes! They really know what their doing! He also made a few recommendations on how to operate and run my business to ensure I do not lose my files! Not only backing up but also my laptop is almost full. None the less he was amazing, friendly and extrelemely knowledgeable! Pricing was also much much cheaper than going to Best Buy! I will most defintely continue to use their services from this point on! Don't go anywhere else!!!
