Outstanding from any other installment I've ever had. Brad was the most kind, and friendly technician I've honestly ever met. He knew his business for the job and he knew how to make my 4 year old son feel included while being safe. So many smiles and giggles between them, while Brad connected and explained security features that no one has ever mentioned before with numerous other large companies over the years. The best install ever, and I really enjoyed the experience. Seems kinda odd to say I enjoyed the install, but his friendly, patient, and playful tactics were enjoyed by all at my home. Thanks Wyyred for keeping people who perform well, but perhaps Wyyred should be thanking you Brad for providing outstanding customer service.

Everything about the installation process was quick, efficient and easy. Isaac based in the Surprise, AZ area was my technician and he was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. He really went above and beyond to make sure everything was correctly done, my devices connected and explained how everything worked.

I'm impressed! This doesn't happen much nowadays but Wyyerd Fiber has completely delivered on their promises. Signed up for service after talking to Kyle for about an hour. A week later, I'm switched from COX to Wyyerd. The guy that trenched and ran the cable from the sidewalk to the house did a great job replacing all the granite when he finished. The Technician ,Tim, walked me through the whole process. Explained what my options were. Described what he was going to do and where everything was going to be installed. Tim made it a nice, clean looking install and was done pretty quickly. The switchover was seamless and smooth. I had also spoken to the office a couple times to verify the installation and they were knowledgeable and very helpful. Great job Wyyerd.

Chase and Isaac the installers and the two guys that ran the lines to the house, all came and did my install today. All very respectful and worked quickly to get everything setup. Once completed, they verified with me that everything looked good with the installation and helped with setting up our phones and televisions to the new WiFi. Showed me how the My Network app worked and how to check to see if there are any possible issues. Chase gave me his cell phone number for issues and the wyyerd direct line if needed. Very happy with the work that was done today.

I love this company. Their phone receptionist has been always been so cheerful and helpful. The service has been amazing over the last 3 years. The price has been the same since we signed up and their vacation plan is very fair. Their billing is so simple to understand, unlike their competitors. The internet has never failed us. We are Totally Happy!! I'm so glad we changed.

I just received an install for my new WiFi service with Wyyerd and so far it's amazing! My technician Sean with AHA was the best part of our experience. He was extremely professional, personable and accommodating. The best part about Sean is how much he truly cares. He called long after he left to ensure everything was working properly and walked me through step-by-step. His knowledge, patience and kindness is impeccable. As the front desk manager, I was frustrated with a phone outtage that took place a couple days ago. So grateful to have gotten Jodi on the phone to help us and walk us through what was going on. I must have spoken to her about 3 times for an accumulative 2 hours perhaps just for her to guide me through the phone issue. She was so patient and understanding when explaining and assisting with everything. Not only that, she was also very determined and made sure I had access to phone calls before letting me go for the day. Thank you so much for excellent customer service, from another person in customer service, it was very pleasant to be provided with such kindness.

Tim is awesome folk and he came to our house before time to install internet equipment. He throughly explained to us. His work quality is above and beyond standard. I would recommend my friend to switch to wyyerd internet.
