Joe provided world class customer service! Outstanding! He facetime'd so he could see the panels and diagnose the issue within minutes. Thank you! Century Link was quoting up to April 1st for a tech to visit and check things out. Joe had us up and running in less than 10 minutes. Phone lines down for a business is very stressful and Joe at Blackpoint saved the day!
