I WAS a SimplyBits internet subscriber for years and always had good service and customer service. But after Ting bought them out, the customer service plummeted. In the old days they actually called me and told me that there was a problem with their equipment on my house. The very next day they had a technician out to repair it. It must have been minor because we noticed no change. Today after months of spotty internet I switched over to another provider. Now I pay half of what I paid SimplyBits, but get triple the speed. How's that work???? I guess they would work if you have no other options. So today when I called to cancel my service, no questions why or how they could try to make it right. He really didn't care. I asked if we would get a refund since we are only like 7 days into the billing cycle, all I got was "I don't know, I'll ask in the notes." Farewell SimplyBits!

When they were simply bits they were great,, they changed to ting and have gone straight downhill,,, I was set up on a month-to-month pay where I would call in and pay,,, I called in to pay last month in December,,, I spent hours on the phone with them just trying to pay my bill I finally got it paid,,,, now they took the money out of my account without my authorizing it and left me with a $35 overdraft fee and they won't do anything about it and they won't give me my money back,,, I never authorized them to take this payment yet they did it anyways over when a company screws me over I'm done with that company as far as I'm concerned they don't even rate a one star they rate a zero star not only that but what they have done is illegal now I have to look into legal action against them,,, I recommend you stay away from this company unless you want to give them free reign to your money,, their internet is very slow speed also,,,,

Simply Bits First of all, Shawn, who initiated my new account, was super patient, helpful, and friendly. The installer was knowledgeable, competent, and creative. Todd devoted hours to seeing that we'd got the signal I needed. Simply put, Simply Bits used to be great, now they are not all that great after being swallowed up by Ting. I have been "on hold" waiting for Sales for almost 2 hours waiting to cancel my service. They know their phone system is messed up, hopefully they will do something about it. On a positive note, there are still a lot of the old crew there and they are still very helpful and knowledgeable. I also cannot complain about the reliability of the system, it has always been quite solid.
