I have been working with Cecily for almost a year, and the experience has been fantastic. She is responsive, understanding of what we need, and always kind and friendly. Single Focus Web designs and codes beautiful websites, and it seems like anything we want to do she can get it done! I've worked with Single Focus Web on a number of projects. The owner, Cecily, has been great. She and her team built us a custom website to meet our needs and then trained us on how to use it. We are now managing most of the day to day components of the website in house and it's working great. We also have a continuing contract with Single Focus Web to provide support whenever we run into something more complicated. This is rare, but Cecily is always there when we need her, just an email or phone call away. Highly recommend!

Cecily and her team are the best in town!! They created a beautiful, functional site for our multimillion-dollar nonprofit, resulting in an almost-immediate improvement in our search rankings, increased traffic to the site, and decreased bounce rate. Working with the Single Focus Web team has been both enjoyable and educational. Not only do they do an incredible job of developing a user friendly website, but the provide you with the tools to keep it up date, dynamic and full of important content. In this rapidly changing digital landscape working with Cecily and Jessica to keep things beautiful on a budget is exactly what nonprofits need. What I most appreciate is their support on questions. If something can't be easily explained, or typed up, they provide video tutorials. That way you can watch and learn, and then go back to the video as a resource moving forward. I highly recommend them for their design, technical sensibilities and support.

I had the privilege of completing a project with Cecily that she had worked on with my organization prior to my joining it. I greatly appreciate her thoroughness, her patience in working with us through multiple iterations, as well as her patience and willingness to explain many things to me about web design. She is very responsive, goes beyond in providing customer support and service, and delivers a high-quality product and the skill set that allows the customer to keep it current and dynamic. Our new site is engaging and fresh and we saw this immediately in an increase in traffic to the site. The tools she provided enable us to continue to add and refresh content regularly, which we could not do at the same level on our previous site. This was my first time managing the build and launch of a major website and I could not have asked for a better person to work with on it than Cecily.

It's been a pleasure working with Jessica and Cecily on the Tucson Audubon Society website.
