We just started working with Sher Agency this year, but it has been a wonderful experience so far. Led by Sammy and Leah, they designed and launched a new website for us that is a phenomenal upgrade. The look is modern, the language is clear and direct, and it matches the vision we gave them very well. Please note that this process will take time - it took 2.5 to 3 months for ours. I was under the false impression that it would be faster. Axel has been working with us on updates since then, and he is as responsive as anyone I have ever worked with. We had some immediate changes that needed to be made, and he jumped on them the same day until everything was correct. Bum-Soo has started working on our Google Ads, and he knows his stuff. He suggested some great changes and explained clearly why they were needed. The results of Google Ads and SEO are yet to be seen - I will have a better idea after a few months. This team is professional, hungry to do a good job, and provides excellent service overall. They are pricey - but there is a HUGE difference between their work and what you get hiring someone for a lot less on Fiverr. Would recommend.

They are not the budget option, but they have options for every budget. I am a new and growing business and the price they quoted was more than I paid for my first website and more than I had initially budgeted for, but they have gone beyond exceeding my expectations and were worth every penny. My website now has the same professional design and feel as the incumbents in my field and it has set me up to be a bigger competitor in my market. If you are a small business that wants to grow beyond just being small then I cannot recommend them enough!

Max is unbelievable! For anyone skeptical of using these services, I can tell you that in one website audit session, I fired my website guy. On the spot, bye-bye. He pointed out dozens of issues with my website that I didn't even know about. He further audited compliance with regards to accessibility and what I thought was a great website turned out to be a terrible website. Max and his team of developers and designers are very crisp at planning and execution. He divides up requests into mini projects and has good project management skills. Responsiveness is awesome, and the agency's use of video recording tools like Loom, project management with Monday, and email confirmations makes for fast feedback loops.
