Upon entering the store, Claudia was not only helpful but also very informative. Then Raul called me to discuss my situation in more detail. He was able to retrieve the data from my failed flash drive at a very reasonable rate. In addition, he asked me to call him to make sure I got back all the info I needed, which I did. Man, was I appreciative!!! Tucson Computer is now absolutely my go-to place for all things computer and cell phone.

Raul and Manual provide excellent service. They set up my new computer beautifully. When that one had a significant problem after a few months, Raul diagnosed the issue quickly. When I decided to replace the new computer, he quickly transferred my data and set it up. These guys are my technology heroes! Highly recommended!

Thank you Raul! I called several local places looking for an estimate about how much it would take to replace my battery that suddenly stopped accepting charge. Everyone wanted to charge me at least $100 just look at the computer and all I wanted. Was someone to open up the back and see what the deal was with the battery. Raul did what others could not do: fix a very important and very corrupted excel file with weeks of data on it. The file had been backed up - on three drives - all were corrupted. Raul was professional, fixed the problem, and checked back to make sure I was all set. Much appreciated. The woman, whose name I did not get, was also very professional and provided updated drive knowledge to me. Also much appreciated.

Had an issue with the Bluetooth on my PC tower. Got in contact with Raul, got my tower to him, and he fixed it up lickety split. No hassle, no runarounds. Just quality service done quickly, and for a fare price to boot. Can't have asked for a more expedited and successful experience. 10/10!
