Customer Reviews & Testimonials
My stay here was overall an enjoyable one, besides the fact that my room was on the side near the freeway, so it was pretty loud all night. Also, upon check-in, no one was at the front desk, and someone had to tell the woman ( Michelle) that I was standing there. She didn't really greet me, just said, "Check in?" And "okay, your total is..." Just very brief and short with me, no smile, no greeting, nothing. She was also brief with me when checking out, again, didn't greet me, didn't ask about my stay like others do, didn't smile, didn't say have a good day, nothing. Just "checking out?" And "okay, you're all good to go." However, the PA, Stephen was very helpful and kind. I watched him interact with other guests and he was very respectful and friendly to them. He showed me my room, and told me all the amenities and how to work the TV, he also told me if I had any issues with anything to let him know and he'd help me out. for Stephen.
One night stay while commuting from Phoenix. Hotel was neat and quiet. Four complimentary EV chargers in the parking lot were a nice perk. Avocado toast in the restaurant was small and sad. Scrambled eggs were not very good. Gym was well equipped. Had to ask about the breakfast coupons for Bonvoy elites the next morning. They're worth $10 toward anything on the menu.
We recently hosted my mother's 60th birthday celebration at their event hall, having rented the space and purchased a package that included food, beverages, servers, tables, chairs, and linens. The wrong linens were provided and we found out the day of. However, the staff's performance was disappointing, as we had to continually request services and items that were supposed to be provided. The staff seemed put off and lacked a sense of urgency. Furthermore, Ali Galvez, the sales and event coordinator, displayed a negative attitude when I expressed my desire to share feedback. She became defensive and failed to apologize for their inadequacies, citing her limited work hours. Additionally, the food was of poor quality, being overcooked, dry, and lacking flavor. Based on this experience, I would advise against using this establishment. Instead, consider supporting local, family-owned businesses that prioritize customer satisfaction. The front desk manager named Aaron was incredibly helpful and kind. Additionally, their PA Robert was fantastic and attentive during our whole event. However, due to their event coordinators behavior, I would advise to not host any events here.
Incredibly friendly staff. I was greeted with a smiling face and a warm good morning by ever single employee I encountered on my way out of the building this morning. This place knows how to do hospitality!
Was provided a room different than the type I booked. Becuase of this I couldn't really shower (was an ADA bath tub). The fridge also was rusty and had sludge inside of it, and they placed me next to the elevators. Management literally didn't care after multiple requests to be moved.
2 stars because of their no-refund policy. Me and my gf were only there for 10 minutes when she wanted to leave due to an emergency. They were very cutthroat about the price despite our brief stay. Never coming back again.
Very accommodating, friendly, and supportive staff. Helped problem solve quickly and easily. Rooms were new and clean. Suite had a door separating two spaces. Refrigerator and microwave. Pool was uncovered (if memory serves correctly). Also, uncovered, free/included parking. Restaurant below /adjacent. Small food items store by check in counter. Location is near highway.
This is a beautiful hotel! It's is well kept and the staff is very helpful for the most part. We had one repeat issue with the AC. The AC would cycle on and off every 5-10 minutes but when it cycled off the room was not cooled yet. We were sweating during the night. They sent a person (PA) to resolve the problem but he came in with an attitude. Asking himself, why does shit always happen on my shift! Then, he called someone for assistance and started talking to the phone, answer your damn phone! I then asked what his job was since it seemed this wasn't part of it. He said he was a PA, perimeter assistant, or something of the sort. Though I didn't care for his attitude, I still think it was a very, clean and nice hotel.
