Excellent Repair and Customer Service. 10/10 would recommend & will come back as needed. My kiddo got a gaming monitor for his 13th birthday and it wouldn't connect due to a dated fall that damaged his HDMI port. I called when the shop was closed and got a prompt response the next business day (today). Let me say, I LOVE the honesty. I did ask if I should replace the machine and there was no sales pitch, only honesty and the nudge to make an informed decision after speaking with my kiddo. I was sold from there. Customer service was tip-top. Very personable, friendly, funny and the repair was completed the same day at what I felt was a good rate. I did not shop around, they passed the vibe check and I am aware of what these repairs should run. The machine was tested on their end, connected immediately on our end and it's all good. Kiddo is elated and having a blast on COD and I am a very satisfied customer. We appreciate y'all

Love this local business. The guy is straight to the point and doesn't BS. Free diagnostics and is really there to serve you. My laptop wouldn't turn on. He took apart the laptop, unplugged and replugged the internal battery and it works. What did it cost me? Nothing! He said he didn't really do anything. I will never get my devices fixed elsewhere.

Came in with my own battery after a snafu with a competitor, they installed it very quickly after verifying that it would work. Very fast friendly service who based on listening to side conversations, care for and will go above and beyond for thier clients.

I had me hair done by Liz. It was an amazing experience, she did a great job dying my hair and trimming it. Besides her excellent work, she is very nice!

Took in my MacBook Air due to i forgot my login password and didn't know how to retrieve it...I was told by the owner that the computer HAD to be completely wiped and reset...I paid $100 for this. I got my computer back on the 2nd day and it didn't require a password anymore....fine. That night my battery ran dead and when I started it up it needed a login password again...i thought that I didn't need one anymore. SO, instead of taking my computer back in i decided to try and find a video on YouTube that would help me...I found one on CNET's channel and it turns out that MacBooks have a built in password reset tool that can be accessed when turning on the computer in recovery mode....NO FACTORY RESET NEEDED. There a 1:10 video showing you how to do this and it's VERY simple. I don't know why this shop is not aware of this, especially if they are going to charge $100 for an unnecessary procedure. Maybe this guy needs a update on MacBooks. BUYER BEWARE is right.

DO NOT GO HERE. This was the worst service I ever received, tried to rip me off several times. Seriously, go anywhere else, all the good reviews are from people who know nothing about computers, the quality of the parts I got were terrible. Legitimate businesses take bad reviews seriously. Just read the responses he made to other reviews, now imagine a larger company responding to you like that. This is not the place to go.

This is the best phone repair shop in Yuma. Locally owned So you know the owners are vested in the community. No need to look anywhere else.
