I had taken my computer to get fixed here a couple months ago and it was disappointing to see that they weren't able to fix it. It was a newer computer and they wouldn't be able to get the part it needed. But they were very communicative and highly responsive and respectful. If I had a older computer to fix I wouldn't mind going back again. They were very friendly in store and called exactly when they said they were going to call.
