*Update* 03/27/2025 Still missing original drive with all my data. -- Business was not able locate it. - They replied to my emails and fully refunded the order because of the issue. I appreciate them trying to make this right. 03/20/2025 visit: Missing parts - I wanted to support a local business and this is what I got. I brought in my video editing and gaming PC to be transferred over to a new case. That's it - And it was handed to me missing the main drive with all my important documents. Mentioned it multiple times to technician and they could not find it. Spent $235 for labor and now have to buy another SSD drive which adds another $100. They left for the weekend and I have a computer that doesn't work. My data is missing and the computer doesn't work. Extremely frustrated and disappointed.

I went in a while back with a PC I was building and after you've put everything together the worst feeling ever is when you try to turn it on and it just doesn't power on. I had been trying for a couple hours to diagnose the problem and I just couldn't figure it out. I went in and told the person up front about the problem and I kid you not, barely even 20 seconds go by and he closed up the panel and says it's fixed. We powered it on and it turned on perfectly fine. Turns out I didn't have the cables from the case in the right order. The people there are super friendly and always willing to help you out! If I ever need any help on a computer I know where to go.

I had an issue with my computer that I couldn't figure out, and PJ is the man. Not only did he help me resolve the problem quickly, but he was also incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with. It's clear he genuinely cares about helping people, and that kind of service is hard to come by these days. I highly recommend PJ if you're dealing with any Tech issues.

Ozark Computer Repair has saved me twice now - once when I needed to reformat my computer, and again when I broke the screen. They're fast, reliable and good at what they do. Highly recommend these guys!

I brought my computer in that was having issues and Conner helped me out a lot. He not only reassured me that the computer would be fixed in no time but fixed it in less than a hour or two. He was very helpful and explained everything I needed to know. I would recommend this place to everyone!!

Took my laptop because I had been there before and they were friendly, fast , and Honest This time he told me the fan was out, which I was sure of, but called and motherboard was burned out Because of the loss of the fan . Now, hoping they can find me a good, later model laptop replacement. Would recommend to anyone for their honesty

I have an older Dell laptop which I love, but it has had a couple of issues recently. When I called Ozark re repairs, I was able to take my computer in the same day and had timely repairs. They are very easy to work with.
