Jeremiah Morrison did the most AMAZING job at getting my devices working properly! On top of that, he is a truly honest individual, and cares about his job and the customers he helps! Please give him the raise he deserves! He is patient and Kind, and if I gave future issues, I will request him!!! Thanks, Jeremiah!

We are very happy with the young man that came to bring the cable from pole to house. His name is Jeremiah Morrison. He was professional and very knowledgeable much better than the guy that came originally seven months ago. We are very happy with Jeremiah he definitely deserves more than the tip stated. We would also like to thank Billy Beck for the fast action in getting a tech out to take care of the cable. We are extremely pleased with both. Thank you Billy and Jeremiah.

The worst customer service I've ever had with an internet service provider, which is saying something since they all suck. The only pleasant interaction I've had with Resort is when I went in to cancel my service. The internet itself goes out constantly, kicking me offline 4-12 times DAILY. They have tried to charge me late fees in the past despite having always paid on time, and they refuse to acknowledge when an error is on their end. Edit to respond: I contacted your customer service team about connectivity issues multiple times, as did my husband. You sent a technician out only once, and they were unable to resolve any issues. We gave up on trying to contact you about the connectivity after that. We also tried to talk with you about the payment deal you had promised us, in writing, that you later altered without notice. You refused to honor the written deal despite having honored it for other customers I know. I told you at that time that we would be seeking a new ISP, and your customer service agents still did not make any efforts to resolve the issues or change our minds. Your local office seems nice, but your business as a whole is heinous, and there's no longer even a local number to call. Customers should not be stuck with the duty of having to walk in every time there's an issue. We should be able to call or live chat and expect the same level of service.

Had a upgrade and a new install. Jeremiah was there when scheduled. He made sure all the connections were good (existing and new) and the signal was good instead of just hooking up and leaving. He worked to well after dark making sure everything worked correctly. He was friendly and hard working. Refreshing to get a pleasant service person.

Spencer gave me great service updating my account with the new offer for the year, setting up nee payment account, etc. and he was very friendly. We are customers for 4+. years and counting!

Shades people in hot springs. Nobody will help you on the phone so you have to go up in person. Then they try to act like your not there lol be prepared for you monthly rate to increase with no warning or reason. Please just use at&t they're terrible too but slightly more trustworthy. Been with these guy for YEARS and like I said price I'd always increasing. Started at a nice 40 a month then bumped up to 79 . Then today out of nowhere my newest monthly price is almost 90?.. I don't think so...

Jeremiah Morrison came to our house for the installation, and he was really good! He made sure everything was set up and running. Our Internet speed is so much faster! We're glad with the service so far!
