Illegal practices of holding people's websites hostage. Their sales rep Bonnie took down my site for over 2 weeks, giving me no access to it and demanded I sign a legal agreement to pay 1000*s of dollars to have it back. Their back office are con artists pretending to do work but instead just not paying attention to google ads at all. Therefore leading to no results. Don't ever sign any contract for any service with them. Don't ever let them host your website they will use it to negotiate more money from you than you can make on any leads. They are worse than criminals. Hiring a lawyer to go after them !!

Even though my Wordpress website they designed for me 3 years ago is currently being hosted on a private server, they expertly updated it to be fully functional with the latest Wordpress developments AT NO CHARGE! They even gave recommendations on how to update the server. BRAVO!

I've been using Breezemax's SEO and Google Ads services since April 2023. After six months, I canceled the SEO portion due to a lack of results, minimal content creation, and irrelevant photos uploaded to my Google business profile, leaving me $6,000 out of pocket with no improvement in rankings. While they did provide some web work as compensation, it didn't make up for their overall lack of follow-through. Their Google Ads service was similarly overpriced and poorly managed. It took several months for the ads to start producing results, and they continued running irrelevant ad groups long after I requested they be stopped. Additionally, it took months for them to realize they were only targeting 20% of the geographical area we needed. Although they offered some support for optimizing the ads, their guidance was ineffective, and they failed to ask the right questions to improve performance. Despite paying nearly $1,000 a month in management fees, I found myself doing much of the work, as they didn't understand the language specific to my industry. I'm leaving this review after learning they won't release my ads without an additional $5,000 payout. While I understand their pricing model may include a higher monthly rate in lieu of a startup fee, I find this to be a rip-off. Although the staff was pleasant, the experience overall was extremely frustrating, and I strongly recommend steering clear of this company.

Working with this company is a lesson on why you shouldn't be forced into a Google review immediately. They sold us the world but all they really did was take our $25,000 and destroy our online reputation. They took a site that was number one on google in our industry that we had independently build up over the decade before and took us out of the google rankings completely. Still 4 years later we don't rank on Google. When we finally were let out of our contract after a long battle they stripped away all the work in my ad words account that I had done before I met them and completely screwed us. Thankful our standing in the community is high so we were still able to get customers through referrals and works of mouth. Save your money and avoid these snake oil salesmen!
