Our company has worked with Shane and James at EZProvider for almost 20 years as our bandwidth provider. They are responsive, friendly and professional. Their pricing is extremely fair and we liked them so much, we transferred our customers to them when we decided to change the course of our business. On the rare instance there were issues (often not their fault), no matter the time, they would go and take care of things quickly while at the same time keeping us informed with updates. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to any company.

I've had multiple web hosts over the years, but EZP has been (by far) the best of them all. I only wish I had found them sooner! Shane and his team provide excellent customer service, they respond quickly, and make me feel valued as a customer. They have gone above and beyond to help me keep my site running at its best - always responding in a friendly tone and providing helpful information. If there's something technical that I don't know how to do, I can trust that the EZP team can get it done for me. Also, I love that my bill is in Canadian dollars! I'm extremely satisfied with the service that EZP provides, and would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a web host.

EZP have provided our hosting for a number of years now and whilst I primarily deal with Shane, I have also had fantastic support from the rest of his team as well. Simply put, the best hosting company beyond doubt. Can't do enough to help you, very fast response time, and always willing to offer advice. We have (on countless occasions) asked their advice regarding all kinds of website related issues and because of their knowledge and skill, they have been able to either offer advice or carry out the work needed themselves. We have been approached to switch our hosting on numerous occasions back to the UK but for the peace of mind that EZP give us as a company, I just wouldn't entertain it. Cannot recommend their services highly enough. Simply put, a professional company that won't let you down.

Time flies, been using EZP for web hosting for 6 and a half years now. Shane, James and the many members of the support team have always gone above & beyond to help me out. Support is quick to respond to anything at basically any time of day, even my 2am night owl tickets. As a geek I know what a speedy server feels like and EZP is fast. I've moved many of my clients over to their own accounts with Shane and crew just because I know their sites will load quick and if anything goes wrong that they'll be taken care of quickly. Highly recommend these guys if you're looking at hosts right now, money well spent to know your site will be up and loading quick!

Their lack of company support is amazing. I've had problems with my email -- or should I say problems with their email server?-- for two days and no one will call me back. I can't go through their website customer support because they changed my password; to reset my password they send me an email. Which I cannot receive. Webmail is not working. USE THIS COMPANY AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!

Bar none the best hosting company I've ever worked with in 16 years. Quick, knowledgeable and caring staff make sure that my managed server is always up and running. When problems occur they work tirelessly to get them resolved. Computers can fail, but the service at EZP doesn't!
