Worked with Goat to finish a behind-schedule website rebuild that had already been reassigned. I was internal project lead. Pros: The team was enthusiastic and invested in delivering. They understood our organization's constraints, were responsive and took changes in stride. Project leads were knowledgeable and not afraid to push back where needed or suggest a different approach. Cons: Employee turnover was a concern in project management and development, so we repeatedly had to go over parts of the brief again or wait for people to be brought up to speed. Client relations and process were very rough around the edges at times. They were not as interested in maintenance & improvement as they had been in initial delivery.

We contacted Goatsocial to overhaul our company's website. We received quotes from 3 other companies. It was clear from the start though that Goatsocial was special. One of the trickiest aspects of hiring the right web developer is finding someone who cares as much about the success of your project as you do. The team at GoatSocial clearly love their work and are truly invested in the outcome: they really went above and beyond in getting to know me and my readers/customers.
