I am so grateful for the incredible service I have had since switching from big US companies to canadian web services. Im a small time performer and need a site to book gigs and Im not a techy but can do some things and they were so supportive in helping me figure out a total switch, rebuild and domain change. and I can afford it! whew. and they are in my own province of BC! yay local! thank you HOSTUTOPIA!!

Exceptional attention to detail, excellent customer service (especially to Techno Newbies). They also actually answer their phone and/or phone you back, when, as a potential new customer, you call! Their fee to help you transition a website to their Hosting Site is very low compared to others and well worth it. Great overall experience!

I have been with this company well over 14 years. They are always quick to help and go over and above the call of duty. Everything is done very quickly and efficiently. Their prices are extremely reasonable and I would never go anywhere else.

This hosting service is terrible. They host my Wordpress site and on multiple occasions they've performed some maintenance or have had server issues that have caused my site to either go down completely or display some old version from 6 months ago. I've currently been dealing with their help desk for over a day and a half to try and get them to restore a backup to correct a problem with the site that they again caused. No one is following up, and I have no idea whats going on. Stay away from these guys.

Jan 11-2016-We have been trying to get support for a week from Host Utopia to get our FTP access to the server to no avail. We now have 4 of our people, including 2 experienced IT staff, trying to get Host Utopia to give us what we need to access our site. How hard can it be for the support team at Host Utopia to do their jobs? I'm very disappointed that they're holding us to ransom at this point. What does one have to do to get support at Host Utopia. Does anyone have an answer? We've never, nor have our third party Forensic IT Professionals, dealt with a more unprofessional hosting company.
