I have been working with Mr. Tyler Nerada, Mrs. Darci Nerada, Mrs. Madison Clement and Mr. Tyler Clark of Quake Media for the last two months, and it has been nothing short of pleasure to work with them. Yes, the team at Quake Media is superb, to say the least! My project manager was Mr. Tyler Nerada, though. He is the head honcho, too, of Quake Media! But why is the team at Quake Media a superb team? Because my project manager - Mr. Nerada - has been so responsive, so precise in his work ethic and delivery; and so elegant that I find it difficult to describe his traits. The way I worked with Mr. Nerada is that we met weekly for about an hour to "critique" design, suggest improvements, find solutions to web design problems, compare my fledgling website to other websites in the same category, plan the course for the next steps of the project, etc. All that was supplemented by quick emails and phone calls. Yes, it does take consistency and effort to tackle design and development issues immediately. During our weekly meeting, I came to see the true character of Mr. Tyler Nerada and his team at work. I'm happy to say that his true character is endowed with enormous creativity, tremendous capacity to work hard, profound attention to detail and a heartwarming decency full of "thank you" and "please!" Mr. Nerada would go to extreme lengths to make sure that a given subtle line is matching a similar line in the other pages of my extensive website. He would also insist on adding a small icon that shows what is in the cart of my client if a client opts to buy one of my products and services. If the maps or the phone number showed problems on phones or tablets (i.e., smaller screens), Mr. Nerada would spend hours finding the right app that would solve this design challenge. All in all, Mr. Nerada kept slugging away at the website to deliver it on time. Equally important is that every time I called Mr. Nerada on the phone to discuss a certain topic or a concern briefly or suggest a modification, he would answer me. Of all my calls during the past two months, there was one call in which Mr. Nerada did not answer me immediately but did return my phone call within one hour! "Always smiling," "always asking for feedback," and "always pushing forward" are the best three phrases to describe Mr. Tyler Nerada. As you probably have surmised, my dear reader, the scope of my website involved web design, web development, internet commerce design and solutions, logo improvement and web hosting. And as you probably know, my dear reader, you get what you pay for! I'm, in fact, proud - very proud - to tell you that Mr. Nerada is expensive, and for a very great reason: Service and knowledge. Mr. Nerada is expensive, but his congeniality and ingenuity is worth the investment at least ten times. I know professionals that I dread talking to; professionals who do not know the ABC of customer service or professionalism; professionals who claim too much initially, and offer too little later. This kind of professionals last only once in my own book. I will get rid of them as soon as I possibly can. Mr. Nerada is, thus, not only a professional that I had the extreme honour - honour, I say - of working with him, but also a profound business partner that I shall have the pleasure and joy of working with for years to come. Thus, I cannot recommend Mr. Nerada enough, and the reality is that I owe him an enormous debt of gratitude. He made me visible online with his excellent work and excellent design and excellent problem solving skills. Mr. Nerada: I take my hat off. Thank you. I owe you a lot.

Having a website is great - but only if you know how to use it! I tried to start up on a free platform and couldn't figure out how to use any of the plug-ins or even add photos. I was able to get my site running but was not happy with how it looked and ended up having dead space. After a while I decided that I needed something that looked more professional and knew that I needed help. The Quake team explained why I was running into problems and told me about the advantages of a custom theme. They were able to create something that was unique to me and got rid of all the junk that was slowing it down.

Quake Media helped me build a new site from the ground up. I don't know anything about web design, but they were able to walk me through all of the necessary steps. They helped to organize my domain names, logos and hosting and even walked me through how to use the custom theme.
