Carol is creative, knowledgeable, and passionate about what she does, and I had the pleasure of working with her over the last 12 months. Carol was the lead on helping me with rebranding my business, launching a new website and all things marketing. We at Phoenix appreciate very much the work Y5 has done for us. Starting with an initial meeting at Y5 which was very informative especially with the design team available on-the-spot to flash up creative references in a few minutes on a large screen so we could see visuals of what we were discussing. Very impressive. It was a nice meeting but the proof was a very creative approach to our direct mail marketing requirement. Y5 did it all - creative and copy - and handled required changes quickly, keeping the integrity of the design. The project rated 'outstanding' for the number of on-line hits. Job well done.
