We got a Managed VPS from FullHost, and they helped us set it up, transfer more than 1 TB of data from the old server to the new one, replicated all sorts of customizations that we had done on the old server, and basically helped us migrate a rather complicated setup to a new environment completely hassle-free. The technician assigned to our case was extremely responsive and knowledgable. I highly recommend them to anybody who's looking for excellent service.

I recently explored moving my set of domains over to FullHost, when I was having problems with my long time host service due to their being acquired. In the end, FullHost and I couldn't quite get on the same page, and I elected for now at least to stay with my current host. I must say however I was very impressed, both by the technical savvy and the customer service. I don't think they are necessarily the cheapest option, but they are perfectly reasonable in their pricing, and I have a high degree of confidence in their value for money. I don't hesitate to recommend them, for clients of all sizes, particularly if you understand the importance of keeping you data entirely in Canada. Unconditional five stars.
