I've just received 1480 contacts for gatekeepers for my law practice marketing. The whole process was pain-free, and really affordable. I've had a high degree of success with direct mail in the past, so I know this will be a profitable campaign. What's more, I really can't find anything about USDataCorp to not like. They're competent, professional, and the quality of their lists is very high. Recommended... as long as you know how to create an appealing campaign. Your results will depend on your message-to-market-thru-media-match, and the quality of your marketing/sales copy.

I initially had an issue with US Data Corporation and I was not pleased and left a review. They responded to my review saying they would reach out and try to make things right. Quite honestly I did not believe them. But now I have egg on my face because they did reach out and addressed my concerns and made it right. I am impressed with the customer service. I especially had a good experience with my salesperson Sue. My issue was not with her but the decision an upper management made and unfortunately Sue had to the bearer of bad news. They did make it right and if I need this kind of service in the future I will use them but I will make sure I am more clear in the description of what I am looking to achieve. I bought a US consumer email list from US Data. It was pretty targeted data; women, ages 18-45, specific income levels, interests in health and beauty, 2+ kids, all within a particular area. My rep seemed to know what she was talking about, and I buy lists pretty regularly. Everything seemed to be in place and legit, so I made the purchase of 3,000 emails for $1,500. After receiving this list I felt I had an abnormal amount of bounces. At this point I started to get worried that I had fell for one of those scam companies out there. I called my rep and expressed my concerns. She listened then said she would call me back....YEAH RIGHT. To my surprise...she did! US data conducted their own research, and asked that I send in my bounce back reports. After a few days, I got a call that frankly I wasn't expecting. They replaced the full amount of bounce backs, gave me addition data for any frustration I may have had with the process, and I'm pretty sure put a credit on my account to go toward my next order. I didn't have any issues with the replacement data, and have had none since. Love it when a company recognizes an issue and takes the necessary steps to make it right. I'll be back.
