Terrible company. Do not order from them. Trying to get tracking information since my order says delivered 2 hours ago and I have NO PACKAGE. No idea how it shipped or when. Tracking just keeps asking for my email address. Will report to Better Business Bureau.

Their shirt sizes are not typical. I ordered a medium and they sent me a tshirt that looked like an XXL. Then tell me they don't accept returns. I wouldn't order from this company. Shady business

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I ordered some clothing through them and spent $171.90 on 4 things (which I know is dumb) on March 7th. As of March 11th when it was shipped from LA there is no trace of my package and it is now March 22. I have tried emailing and calling them to no avail. Sad to say that I have been screwed over since by them and won't receive my shirts or my money back. Would never order through them again as they are a scam!!

First and last time I will order anything from Merchlab! I purchased a Stringer from "Calum Von Moger" collection and not only it took them 1 month to deliver the item, but also I ended up paying $24 in taxes and shipment fee for a $30 tank top... They customer service had no response what so ever (they dont reply emails). They charged me for delivering fee while they ship their item with the lowest freight rate possible! So I had to pay for handling fee again when I was receiving the merchandise.

Ordered a hoodie+sweatpants about 4 weeks ago, that is STILL in pre-shipment. I contacted my local post office to see if they received but when they looked for the tracking number, it didn't work. Their phone number doesn't work and they barely or even at all response to emails. How long does it take to ship out orders!?!?

Scam artists! I ordered months ago and they won't tell me why people who ordered AFTER me got their stuff last month and mine isn't even ready to ship still. Customer service is non existent. They don't even read the emails. Went to the BBB for help and they have been silent. FTC complaint is next. Shameful

I am extremely disappointed with MerchLabs services. I placed an order 2 months ago and have yet to receive it. I have emailed and called them and have yet to receive any response. This company is horrible as I have read countless other reviews now with the exact same problem as myself! Do not purchase from this company under any circumstance unless you want to be scammed and lose your money!

I'm very happy w/ the quality & service that MerchLabs has provided! I've been doing business w/ them over the past few years and have always been treated like a king! Fast shipping, quality products, and awesome designs!
